TLH - Dry Cleaners & Laundry

Excellent service by the The Laundry House which categorically takes care of the clothes and the quality. Above all Basant ji takes cate that not only the clothes are taken care of but also timely pick up and delivery of the clothes.

Gave 6 blankets for dry cleaning received just now. All are dusty not cleaned properly. No any fragnance in blanket. Still i am coughing of dust. Raised same concern to delievery team, not ready to listen. I paid 3800 for stiching and drycleaning all went on vain. I want to speak with higher management. Excellent service! Highly recommended. Basant kumar at def col branch, picks and delivers our garments always on time. He is very polite and pleasing. We are very satisfied with the services.

Worst worst service. On the name of dry-clean, they even do not clean the clothes and not even steam press. They just do normal press and pack well and give to customer and take huge money of dry-clean. Never ever trust this dry cleaner. Though I told them that I am giving first time, and i had told them that one saree i will open and check authenticity of their work, i got this service. Complete fraud business on the name of dry clean.

Best Drycleaner. No complaints so far. Using its services from last 3-4 years. Reasonably priced and quality better then presto. Easy pickup service as per your convenience. Liked carry bag which is different and innovative. No-nonsense Drycleaner!

Truly the worst laundry experience I’ve ever had. They overcharged a massive amount for normal laundry, then didn’t wash one of my pieces and didn’t tell me about it, so I almost left without it. They lost a few pieces of clothing and when all the clean laundry returned, EVERY piece was perforated with plastic labels. Almost all of my clothes have holes in them now from the plastic tags. Huge waste of money

Best drycleaner in Delhi. Have tried many dry cleaners, The Laundry House in Defence Colony is by far the best. They remove the worst stains without damaging the garment in any manner. Service is also very prompt. Continue the good work TLH.

Horrible Experience!!!! First they lost my dress and after so many follow-ups they said that they will wash my clothes up to 5 kg for free to compensate. The second time they tore my bedsheet. Don't have the energy now to follow up 100s of times for this. Please don't use their services. There are better options like UClean Laundry. Services Laundry wash & fold

Gave a coat and jacket for dry cleaning. I show up two days after the pick up date and he says he hasn't done it yet, but he didn't even bother to call me so I don't show up at the store. Then he says he will do it by tomorrow and send it to my house. I've received the two pieces but they are exactly as dirty as before. You can easily see from the inside collar that it hasn't been cleaned properly or maybe at all. Just a waste of time and money. But I guess from reading the other reviews, I should be thankful I received them back in one piece

Worst laundry service! Promised to give laundry in 2-3 days (usual time) but gave it back after 8 days, that too after multiple calls and follow ups. For 3 days I was told the delivery shall be done on the next day. If you’re going to take 8 days for normal wash laundry atleast do not make fake promises and inform the client first.
