Wet2Dry Solutions

The representative talks like he is the owner and doesn't listen carefully and started giving suggestions. Very bad experience.

I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Peraira for the exceptional support in resolving a water seepage issue at our premises. With just one call and a few shared images, he was able to accurately diagnose the root cause—something that had been difficult to pinpoint earlier. His ability to quickly assess the situation reflects a high level of professionalism and practical experience. It’s clear that his years in the field have honed his skills in identifying and addressing issues efficiently. Grateful for the swift and effective guidance—this is exactly what true professionalism looks like!

Waterproofing expert offering 100% certified solutions for old and persistent leaking problems. They were certain about the cause of the leak and the solution they proposed. We were overjoyed to learn that this issue has been fixed over the last six years. Thank you very much. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

All of our waterproofing needs were handled professionally by the wet2dry waterproofing services team. Over the last two years, water has been seeping through our roof and side walls. While we believed that our difficulties had been resolved after hiring a prior contractor, the leak returned the same year the repair was completed. I got in touch with wet2dry at that point, and they spent a lot of time working with me to find a solution. They identified the issue's root cause, gave me the reassurance that it would be resolved, and provided us with a warranty for their waterproofing work. They understood what they were doing and were tidy, polite, and efficient.
