Here's what you expect when you're going to the gym as a newcomer (as I was) - you want someone to guide you which exercise to do, why to do it and does it align with what you're doing. The floor trainers Vikas, Monu and Rupesh are all really good at this. They're always eager to guide you. If I skip the gym and I spot any of them on the market, they'll inquire and encourage. The gym and it's equipment are also great for a good workout. The atmosphere is excellent. Music isn't too loud. It is easily the best gym in Alaknanda and surrounding area.
gym offers good equipments and a motivating environment. They highlight the personalised guidance and support. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Completed two years and surely more to follow…
Amazing facility, with home like environment. The trainers were also good. Overall a friendly environment. I highly recommend for gym lovers out there.

Dard hota hai magar hausla nahi toot-ta, Ye gym ka nasha hai janab, itni jaldi nahi chhoot-ta. Log puchte hain kya milta hai itni mehnat se, Unhe kya pata ki 'Aina' jhoot nahi bolta
