Active Fitness Aim’s training team is excellent. I used their services to help my parents, both over 75, get started with strength training. The team guided them through the exercises carefully and helped them gradually and safely increase the weights in a very structured manner. It has been a great experience overall, and I am very happy with the support and guidance they provided. Highly recommended!
