The lady who runs this parlour is extremely arrogant, and she has messed up with me not once but twice. The first time, I clearly asked for a hair spa for my mom, and she went ahead and colored her hair instead—that’s all she did. No apology, no accountability. The second time, I went for a facial and took my own product kit. She told me the price would be the same even if I brought my own products, which I agreed to. Midway we realised my kit was missing a scrub, so I asked her to use just her scrub. She used only that one product and later charged me extra for it. How does it make sense to pay the full facial price using my own kit AND still be charged separately for one scrub? On top of that, she kept arguing that if I bring my own products, I should be charged more than her regular rate that already includes products. When I questioned the logic, her answer was basically: “Then don’t bring your own kit.” According to her, the price is the same whether I use my products or hers, but if even one item comes from her side, she adds extra on top. Absolutely bizarre and exploitative. This kind of attitude, zero logic in pricing, and disrespect towards customers is the height of unprofessionalism. Customer service and basic courtesy don’t exist here. I will never go to a parlour who takes zero accountability for their behavior, let alone if they cause any damage to skin/hair.

Every time I visit, I am impressed by the quality and attention to detail. The entire staff is extremely professional, skilled, and welcoming. I never go to any other salon because I completely trust them with my beauty needs.
