Terrible experience. My feet is cracked after their pedicure such a bad service

Looks, CR Park has been my go-to place for high-end services for the past year, primarily because of Vivek and Anita. However, I was extremely disappointed with the manager's behavior today, which was a significant turn-off. I went in for a simple task—a hair wash for myself and my niece—and was informed it would take time and that I wouldn’t be attended to right away. While I understand that delays can happen, I expected at least basic courtesy, such as being informed about how long the wait would be, or whether I could wait at all. Instead, we were completely ignored. This experience has left me frustrated, as I have always held high expectations for a brand like Looks. Regrettably, I will not be returning due to the way we were treated today.

It’s one Of the best experience always Very courteous staff and always best service specially Raja Services Hair treatments, Haircut

Have been doing eyebrow threading and facials with Muskan for over a year now and she is amazing at her job! She is also very sweet

Went here for a haircut. The barber was more focused on selling me a Hair Spa treatment instead of cutting the hair properly. Didn't like the cut and the attitude of the barber. Won't recommend. Services Haircut

The best experience I had at the salon was with Raja who styled my hair so well that it literally made my day. I wasn’t happy with the last haircut from the same salon and I went for just a blow dry and headwash 2 days after. Raja after the blow dry noticed my disappointment and went out of the way to style my hair in a way that was perfect. Highly recommend visiting him for any hair related concerns and styling. On a side note, the management needs to be a lil more compassionate and customer centric. Wasn’t very happy with the managers attitude towards my disappointment- which was totally ignored. Else everything was nice Services Haircut

Raja from the Salon did nanoplastia hair straightening for me. It just looks amazing and he was also very reassuring at every step since beginning that he will take care everything. Have to stay I was pretty scared considering I don’t have very good quality hair but he assured this particular technique will suit my hair type and indeed it is I hope. I completely recommend this treatment to be done by Raja. Services Hair treatments

Good service at the salon. Have been coming for hair color at this salon, and Raja has been doing the service. He is an expert and does it well, right from measuring the color to developer ratio and supervising the wash and blow dry. Satisfied with the service.
