Looks Salon

I've had decent haircuts from here before (5/5) but my recent experience with threading has literally been the worst. I have cuts all over my forehead which according to the ✨ very professional✨ service provider was because of my 'loose skin'. Throughout my time over there I was constantly reminded of having loose skin and how I needed a clean-up to get the said skin tightened when in fact their ultimate aim was just to sell another product of theirs. I mean come on guys! You really need to work on this. At least have the decency to take responsibility for your mistakes instead of putting it on us. It's not like we're coming in free, we're paying you exorbitantly high prices so the least you could do is provide services worth the price. Thanks ;)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Vickey at a salon and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The salon itself was clean, organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and will definitely be returning for future hair and other related needs/services.

Head wash service is bad. The guy was repeatedly using warm water despite asking him to use normal water. Washed it in a manner that water was sprinkling on my face throughout. He was very rough with my hair while drying it, with jerk and all. When asked if blowdry was included or not, they said yes, and then charged me extra. Services Shampoo & conditioning

I took the services from Raja. Fantastic guy, always listen to the preferences and no cheet chatting best part of the hair dresser i like. I did botox treatment, hair spa, hair color and trimming and i must say if you have long hair just trust this person blindly. Hope to get such amazing services in future as well. I had an amazing experience getting my makeup and hair done at looks salon Cr park my makeup done by pratiksh . Pratiksha did an awesome job Pratiksha & all the staff were very polite and helpful .when it comes to Makup i blindly trust pratiksh.

My wife had pedicure, facial and hair spa done at the salon. Vivek and team were very professional and massage was amazing. Highly recommended for a friendly and relaxing experience. We will surely come back!

So I went for a haircut, I have been keeping short hair for quite a while now. This person called Raja cut my hair and when it was blow dried, I did notice that something was wrong, looked a little uneven. To this, he said I have blow dried it, will iron it. After ironing my hair, it looked better, so I paid up and left. The next day after I shampooed, to my horror, the left side was completely uneven. But I thought of taking another opinion. I went to my previous stylist and he said that my hair was so shabbily cut, even a child would do a better job. He refused to do anything since my hair is already so short. I came to back to this salon, and neither was this raja guy apologetic, but he refused to even acknowledge his mistake. None of those guys accepted their fault. Please avoid this salon at all cost, they don't have any decency to understand a customer's feelings. Services Haircut

Looks has been around for a long time. I love that you can show up and they accommodate you. I’ve gone in for one thing and came out having 5 different things. I will say it’s not exactly a 5 star experience in terms of the decor ect but the people are very nice and they take care of you and of course the price reflects that. It’s not overpriced I feel for what they provide. Some of the staff have been there for a very long time and it’s nice to know you’re in good hands and don’t have to keep seeing what a new person is like. Thank you so much Pratiksha, the makeup artist 💖 for everything you do and I always enjoy my appointments .All the staffs are so humble n kind. I really loved how the makeup and hair turned out.It looks fabulous and it makes me beautiful. I have gotten so much compliments. I recommend her to anyone that wants a change for the better. …

Quality of product used was good but certain things were not upto the mark: * They do not offer head and shoulders massage with hair spa, it is head massage only. This wasn’t clarified before the service which is unfair since head and shoulder is normally part of the hair spa. *The ambience was not relaxing. Weird hip music was playing and i had to get it turned down to be able to relax. *Staff tried to lie in order to sell me an expensive hair spa instead of being forthright about the costs and services. * Staff who were not working were too noisy and that really took away from the relaxing experience.
