I have came today and got few services with an offer. And its quite amazing. I loved all the services except pedicure, it's not up to mark (not fully satisfied with it) but besides this , other services they provide were really good... Must visit and get these amazing services ASAP 👍 Also, the staff was very good and communicative and provided fully satisfied services.😋

Firstly I went for Smoothening + Keratin but they forced me for Botox + Smoothening last month i.e. August 2025. I don’t know which product they used now my hair-fall is on its peak, damaged my hair totally. Not recommended at all. Services Hairstyling

Hospitality was good. Had good experience. There are different types of hair treatments available. It was good.

Bekaar service dete hai toh mat jana kyunki mere poochne per smoothning and colour ka charge kya hoga they said @2499 n i have in written but when I reached their they upgrade the charges @3500.In advertisement they not mentioned any specific colour but when I reached their they charge different price and they not do proper colour still my hairs are white.today the owner was not in parlour n noone staff know when he comes this is the professionalism. They offer free hydra facial but they fool you whenever they don't know in summers only use cold rays not hot but they use hot rays on face.i will make a complaint in consumer court because they fools you.they run ad on social media for foot fall but they charge different amount. They Would lie about prices. They shared different prices while discussion and later ask for higher charges. Thank god maine visit ni kiya jo log discussion karte huye hi jhoot bol rahe h about prices wo service dene k baad to pata ni kya loot machate. Sharam to aapko aani chahiye jo itna manipulate kar rahe ho logo ko. Maine service ni li kyuki aap mujhe us layak hi ni lage vaise bhi. Horrible place to visit. Customer feedback pe battemizi se reply karne se customer badh ni jayenge. You'll get what you deserve, aise chori karenge to salon band karna padega.

Firstly, they're very very unhygienic, their chairs are dirty, towels are eeww like never washed and they use the black cover which is used for kid's haircut which doesn't fully cover you and is way too dirty with previous client's product on it. They advertised smoothening in offer (₹1499), global colour (₹999). But when I went there they said in offer price they use cheap local products which has alot of harmful chemicals which will ruin my hair. I've used Loreal before so they said Loreal is for ₹2500 and colour is for ₹1500. So I decided to do smoothening only as it'll be too much chemicals if I did color as well. When she did smoothening and I denied to do colour, she said then I'll have to pay ₹3000 only for smoothening and that if I wanna do colour later, it'll not stick properly and some other bullshit. Still I agreed. But even their service is poor, they keep taking clients even when they don't have enough staff, so their staff hurriedly do everything splashing chemicals on you and then they leave you with chemicals for hours which we're not supposed to put longer than 20 min, just to attend other clients. I went there at 3pm and I was done at 11pm. They left one chemical on my head for 2hrs and other for 1:30hr , my head started burning, I kept calling them but they wouldn't listen. And guess what? the staff didn't care enough to put towel around my neck as she was too busy in attending other clients which ruined my dress when I complaint and asked for compensation, they all started lying and blaming me that it was my fault so I simply asked them to check the camera after which they all started yelling and behaving bad with me. About the outcome, I don't think they use orginal products as it smelled really bad when they were applying and I've used Loreal so I know what it smells like, when I asked the girl which brand she's applying instead of telling me the name she said she's applying whatever the madam has given her. So they'll take your money for brands but use the local products only. My hair is rough like broom after the procedure which doesn't happen with Loreal and they said not to keep my hair wet for long, dry it asap otherwise the hair will bounce back to its shape which also doesn't happen with loreal. The colour which they claimed was permanent, 80% came off after only 1 wash, my hair look same as before. Even a ₹20 colour stays atleast for a month. They're bunch of frauds.

It's very bad experience for me. My hair is totally damaged. And they add extra hidden charges. My hair look so freezy after this hair botox and global colour. So, please don't believe this type of guys. I can't recommend to this makeup mystries. So don't go guys Hair type My hair look so frizzy 🥺
