Hi Everyone, i did Kerashine treatment here, the services are good but they are kind of greedy guy. They asked me 4000 for a service which the very next day they offered at 2500 to another guy. It was just like i was looking well to do so they charged this much. As I hardly negotiate anywhere, i felt in their trap. They won’t even provide you invoice or any other proof of you visiting there. Everyone just wishes of earning irrespective of providing CX satisfaction. Another incident that happened on 2nd day when I visited for hair wash. I asked price of shampoo & conditioner from the guy who did my hair services. He said it will cost you 2000. While doing the billing at the reception, when i asked again to receptionist on shampoo & conditioner cost, she said it will cost you 1100. This experience of mine was pathetic. Go here only if you are a good negotiator!

I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience with Makeup Mysteries, which I feel is important for other potential customers to be aware of. They advertised an offer for ₹1499 that included global hair colour/highlights, smoothening/keratin and botox treatment, along with a complimentary hydra facial and haircut. However, after spending ₹800 on travel and over 6 hours just to get there, I was informed that if I wanted any hair colour other than black, it would cost an additional ₹4000. To make matters worse, there was no hydra facial or haircut provided as promised. The so-called "keratin treatment" was nothing more than a basic head wash. What’s worse is the completely unprofessional behavior of the staff. The person in charge, Pooja, was extremely rude. When I tried to discuss the discrepancy in the offer, she turned to her staff and commented, "Isne mera dimaag kha liya hai." Such language is unacceptable from anyone in customer service. I wasn’t the only one. Around 7–8 other people were also present for the same offer, and all of us left disappointed and empty-handed. It is clear that this so-called offer was nothing but a scam to lure in customers. To Makeup Mysteries: If you're promoting an offer, be transparent about all terms and conditions upfront. Customers come from far and wide, spending their money and time based on your advertisements—only to be misled and insulted. This isn’t just poor service, it’s dishonest business. To fellow customers: Please think twice before booking any services here. Don’t fall into the trap of fake promises and unethical treatment.
