Pace To Peace Yoga Studio

My experience of both online and studio sessions has been beyond wonderful. Monica has this unique ability of blending personal attention to detail with thorough professionalism. Her sessions “ really flow”. Her program is designed to target individual muscle groups in distinct sessions, the variety keeps it interesting. She puts sincere thought in her sessions. Her decades of experience and practice truly make the sessions highly desirable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone seeking to incorporate yoga in their lives .

I joined Pace to Peace Yoga classes to work on my flexibility and general health. Within a few weeks I have seen a positive change in my fitness and flexibility levels. I feel like I have activated muscles in my body that I hadn’t used in a long time. Monica is a great instructor and her classes are holistic with focus on different parts of the body. She took her time to understand my problems and is mindful of those who have prior discomfort/injuries, promptly suggesting alternatives or variations during the class. The class offers a good mix of meditation, yoga and Pranayam. Would highly recommend to all looking for a holistic workout!

Monica and Pace to Peace was a wonderful experience. Staying in south Delhi for 2 weeks, I wanted to find a studio and instructor that was friendly, powerful and intuitive. Monica was great at communication and led great yoga sessions with a loyal following. We spoke at length after a few classes and was never rushed and held space for a lot of questions I had regarding teaching and her lineage. The studio was clean and in a quiet enclave ( no horns during practice! really!) and in a really cool neighborhood that I found myself walking though before class just looking at the different deco/architecture. Look for the yellow doors 🤙🏽 Thanks Monica for a great time 🙏🏽
