When I came back from UK all I was looking was a post delivery regime to get my health back to normal and meeting Deepak Sir I instantly knew he was the one who could work magic with healing. He gives utmost personal attention and advice and it’s very sensitive towards individual need of each one joining the institute! Highly recommended for keeping fit internally and externally. Well organised, hygienic and calm place to kickstart your energetic day or a peaceful end to a beautiful evening !

One of the best centre in the town!!! For 3 reasons 1) Both Sir and ma'am , have deep understanding of yoga , its virtues, its implications and its applications!! 2) They stand on your head in every single class to correct you , encourage you, witness you.( unlike other centres who hire any Tom dick n Harry with partial or no training stand to guide( misguide you) 3) If you get slacked/ lazy, they keep calling you, motivating you unlike other places where once the payment is made they care a hell whether u come or not!!

I had slipped disc & a synovial cyst in my spine., due to this i had severe pain in my leg. Doctors told me i will never be able to walk properly without a major open back surgery.. someone suggested me to do yoga so i joined these people Mr. Deepak Dadwal. they actually diagnosed my condition and here i am after 2 months of rehabilitation training and treatment. Fit and fine and i can walk properly and was not able to sit even for 1 hour now i can sit for long hours without any problem. Thank you so much Deepak sir for making me believe that my condition can be improved and corrected. they gave me treatment KATI VASTI. & helped me maintain my lordosis balance with the help of yoga poses. Now i am perfectly fine and doctors told me i will never be able to do gym again but now i think i can go to gym again very soon. 👍👍

We have a wonderful time here! Sir teach us kindly and we have improve a lot as we learn for 2 month. I think here is the best place you can learn yoga, improve your health and have a good day every day!

I visited this centre when I really needed yoga to change my lifestyle and improve my health. Yoga teacher, Mr Deepak is friendly and really passion. With him, you will always want to do more and learn more. One of the best places one can go to for yoga. Also, it's hard to find a person like Deepak sir.

After being misguided by many others finally I went to this place for treatment of back ache & I never looked back Yogaushdhi Is a place which everyone must visit once ,either you are looking for a yoga class with a trained professional or you have a medical reason. They guide & Treat you with the best therapy to rejuvenate your physical & mental health.
