⚠️ WARNING: Manipulative Billing, Fake Charges & Careless Staff This hospital is more focused on squeezing money out of families than actually caring for patients. On the second day, the counselor casually told us to “expect a ₹50,000 bill” — with no major treatment done. They charged for 4 doctor visits when only 2 doctors actually came (₹800 + ₹2,000). When questioned, billing said “we spoke to the doctor on your behalf.” Nursing staff was shockingly negligent — we had to repeatedly leave the patient alone and run outside to find nurses because the glucose drip kept emptying and they weren’t checking. The only saving grace? The doctors themselves were honest and supported us, confirming only two visits happened. The manipulation came from the counselor, billing team, and careless nurses, not the doctors. This place thrives on fear tactics, inflated bills, and unethical behavior. Families should double-check every charge and be extremely cautious. Thank you for responding. However, I want to clarify that the issue was not a simple ‘human error’. The counselor very confidently told us the bill would reach ₹50,000 even before any major treatment was done. On top of that, the billing staff insisted on charging for four doctor visits even after we repeatedly confirmed only two doctors came. If we hadn’t confronted the team, we would have been overcharged. I appreciate that you looked into it, but families should not have to fight this hard in the first place. I hope you genuinely fix this so future patients don’t go through the same stress.

Staff bhi bahut cooperative aur polite hai, jiski wajah se poora experience smooth aur comfortable ho jata hai. Hospital ki cleanliness aur hygiene standards kaafi high hain, aur modern equipment ka use hota hai jisse diagnosis aur treatment accurate hota hai. Emergency ho ya routine checkup, yahan service fast aur well-managed rehti hai. Overall ek highly recommended hospital hai Paschim Vihar area me, especially maternity aur general treatment ke liye.

Sehgal Neo Hospital was once a reputed and reliable name in Paschim Vihar, known for its experienced doctors, caring nursing staff, and budget-friendly treatment. I have had good experiences in the past, and the hospital truly deserved a 5-star rating back then. However, the current situation is quite disappointing. Most of the good and experienced doctors have left, and with that, the quality of care has also gone down. On top of that, the hospital has significantly increased its charges. Even for minor issues like stomach ache or low BP, just visiting the emergency ward can cost more than ₹2000, excluding any treatment or consumables. The affordability that once made this hospital a preferred choice is no longer there. Their pricing now feels unreasonable for the level of service currently being provided. Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2.5/5)

I went to Sehgal New Hospital due to a fever. I was immediately impressed by the staff's pleasant demeanor at the reception. Although I was initially admitted to the Emergency ward, I didn't find relief there; I was subsequently admitted under the care of Dr. Rajanish. I really appreciated his nature, as well as the attitude of the nursing staff—specifically Sisters Seema and Sweta, who were wonderful.

It was my husband’s shoulder surgery at SNH. Dr Manish Malhotra is very kind hearted n well experienced doctor. His Cordinator Sahil was very supportive n helpful through the process. The staff n nurses are also very professional and polite. The rooms n washrooms were cleaned time to time so no hygieness problems. Discharge process also went very quick n smooth. Overall experience was good.

Sisters like sister seema, shweta, dania and shaymili are also very good in their work and friendly with patients. Ground staff is also good. Hospital is very neat and clean.
