Although I got all my treatment done from this hospital But today they have crossed the limits barriers and all the possibilities to get reliable on them I have waited for a doctor to get just observed after paid 800 Rs Without any patient prior to us

Extremely frustrated with the TPA department. There is zero coordination between the billing desk and insurance providers. They delayed my discharge for hours due to their internal errors. Very unprofessional staff. I am writing to express my strong objection to the hidden charges included in my final bill . At the time of admission, these costs were never mentioned to us. Adding unexplained expenses at the last minute is unethical and a lack of transparency. I request a detailed justification for every extra charge mentioned, or I will be forced to escalate this matter to the higher authorities. These charges were never disclosed to me during admission by prabhjot Kaur. Your billing department lacks transparency. Please explain the others
