I am very much happy with services provided by the hospital. I have delivered my baby on 10may 2024 and highly grateful to Dr Priyanka. The nursing staff doctors counsellor housekeeping staff all were very supportive. Ms Mamta nursing staff was quite supportive.

Dr Yogender Gupta and Dr Jay Khullar are very good doctors. They revived my mother from a worse situation. Both of them are masters of their field. I am very thankful to them. I recently brought my daughter to the hospital on the morning of August 28th for treatment. She had been suffering from a high-grade fever for 15 days, with suspected typhoid symptoms. While the medical care she received was commendable, our overall experience had some significant issues that I feel need to be addressed. Pros: Caring Medical Staff: The doctors, especially Dr. Jagpreet Singh, were very attentive, provided thorough explanations about my daughter's condition, and answered all our questions. The PICU and gynecology nursing staff were also polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. Housekeeping Services: The housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient in responding to our needs, ensuring the room was clean and well-maintained. Quality Food: The food provided was nutritious and well-balanced. The senior dietician was also very kind and considerate. Cons: Reception and Admission Process: When we arrived, the staff incorrectly entered my daughter’s details, registering her as a male. This caused unnecessary delays, especially as we needed to correct this information to use our TPA services. Additionally, we were not informed that rooms were unavailable when the doctor advised us to admit her. This led to several hours in the PICU without adequate arrangements for the attendant. Room Allocation Issues: Initially, we were offered a twin-sharing room (Room 555B) that was completely unsuitable due to the presence of male attendants who were consuming tobacco products. This was highly inappropriate, considering I had a young girl child and I am a female. After raising concerns, we were then shifted to another room in the gynecology ward (Room 355B), which we later discovered was a newborn delivery room. This room’s air conditioning was not working, making it difficult for my daughter to rest, especially with newborn babies crying throughout the night. Mosquito Problem: There were mosquitoes throughout the hospital, which is a significant concern for patients' health and well-being. Concerns: Lack of Room Availability Information: The hospital should have informed us about the room availability before admitting my daughter. This would have allowed us to make an informed decision rather than being misled with false promises. Inappropriate Room Sharing Arrangements: It was unacceptable to be offered a room where my daughter would have to share with male patients in Room 555B. This was not a safe or comfortable environment for us. Inefficient Handling of Complaints: Despite several complaints about the AC not working and the unsuitable room environment in Room 355B, the response from the admission counter and staff was disappointing. They showed little concern for the discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. Finally, on August 30th, around 8-9 pm, we were shifted to a single private room (Room 351), where we spent our last night and half a day until my daughter was discharged. In short, while the medical care provided was of good quality, the administrative and operational issues significantly marred our experience. I hope the hospital addresses these concerns to improve the patient experience for future admissions.

My wife had an emergency admission and entire staff from the day of admission till discharge had been wonderful. Full fledged care of my wife and new born was taken care and staff had been on top of everything. Special kudos to ground staff for being on toe always. Thank You for taking care of my baby and wife. I had one of the most comfortable experience at Sehgal. I was admitted for my delivery , during which the staff and the attending doctors were very prompt and were checking every 2 hours on me since the time of admission. After my delivery I had the doctors check on my vitals and the baby every few hours with proper guidance on how to start my movements for early recovery and nursing help . There was a regular visit from the lactation specialist who helped me through the entire process of feeding and helped me overcome the initial hurdles.A physiotherapist assisted me through the entire process of walking again after the c- section surgery and asked me to do a set of stretches that helped me get back on my feet quickly. Sehgal has the most courteous staff and nurses who are there with you 24X7 who help you throughout the stay with a smile on their face always. After a delivery all you look for is comfort and someone to assure you that it will get better and the people at Sehgal go an extra step to do the same . The last gesture is the celebration they have before you leave with your family. Thankyou for making my stay and experience so comfortable .

Dr. Dhingra and dr.deepak garg is an exceptional doctors knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt truly supported and in good hands throughout my moms care. Highly recommended!
