I yesterday had my lacroscopic appendectomy done here . I did not feel anything incomplete even in the general ward bed ,the overall experience was very good the nursing staff specifically is very caring and looks after you very nicely Definitely a good experience

My room no was 555B. Nursing staff and house keeping staff is excellent. Specially recommended.

Very nice and helpful staff. We were in room 352 with our baby. Dr Anand did a clean surgery. Sister Sharon was extremely sweet and helpful along with other staff.

We haven’t had best of experience at sehgal hospital, my wife was admitted at night on 25 Dec,2023 for delivery of our baby but owing to our experience, the Doctor & nursing staff went and slept just after admitting my wife. She was deep labor pain & the doctor was sleeping in the next room. In the morning, the doctor finally woke up & on requesting she examined my wife & got to know that she is ready to deliver. Horrible experience. Also, we complained in written to their heads but they never get back to us till date which prompted us to write this review. Also, they have charged us Rs 1800 for hearing test of our baby but the machine was faulty. They haven’t refunded our money yill now.

Great service, amazing and courteous staff, very good service. This hospital in dealing with patients especially with new born kids, my experience was very overwhelming and great. My room was 353 with all amenities. Special thanks to feeding faculty( silky, mamta, santosh, sangeeta, jaya, param sister, anita2) for helping me with feeding my preterm baby.

Overall experience on the hospital was good. Though got room late after delivery but in overall the entire process was nice and smooth. My baby was born here. The staff's are very helpful and would like to mention Mrs. Silky and Mrs. Santosh were very kind and caring towards the new born. Thank you. 😊😊😊

Dr. Monish took the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and the recommended treatment options, his depth of knowledge and expertise in knee surgery was evident, and I felt confident entrusting him with care. The surgery itself was a success, thanks to Dr. Monish precision and proficiency in the operating room. He is always accessible and responsive to any issues that arose, making us feel supported and reassured during the healing process. Thanks to Dr. Monish expertise and dedication, I am grateful for his commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic treatment, particularly knee surgery.

One of the best decisions that I took to consult Dr. Monish Malhotra w.r.t Knee Replacement surgery of my 72 years old mother. He is really nice and answered all our queries. Thereafter, got admitted my mother for Robotic Knee Replacement surgery which was success. Hospital is maintained excellently. The nursing staff is very caring and looks after you very nicely. My baby was admitted here with the name : baby of pragya sharma. Our son got infected and for better treatment we moved our son from MKW hospital to Sehgal Neo hospital and I am very happy with my decision which I made to moved my son here. The Dr. Team are Brilliant in NISU department... I am really thankful to the nursing staff and to all the sisters 🙏..
