Sehgal Neo Hospital

The doctors are really good therefore we always preferred to go however the services are declining very badly. I drove all the way from Gurgaon for my mum knee pain and they even was not aware that doctor was on leave. I called a day before for appointment and receptionist confirmed that doctor is coming next day. I didn’t take an appointment as she said it’s not mandatory. My wasted my petrol and time in such busy Diwali time as it was an emergency for my mum. I had to Look for another doctor as she was in bad pain.

I am not happy with the way facilities given at the Hospital . The same i have complaint to the relevant staff . To Aruna, TPA , Finance counselling , etc. I was expecting to get a call from Operation GM but no Success .I thought that Dr Sehgal may call me directly for such kind of quality preach but no success. Infact the feedback given is just like that only .After my daughter was born the room was allocated with improper requirement check like no cradle , poor quality of towel. No Soap Etc.The Height of ignorance was when feeding was not done for the new born til 3& half hour.They will charge you everything like thermometer to check fever but will not follow the quality methods & procedure.The point is the staff nurse don't have thermometer to check the fever -Oops. A Polite sorry - Apology will not work .You treat people with cash in best manner then people for medical insurance . I got a best feedback from our friend to opt for SNH but i think this is a wrong choice from my side . We have been following up with Finance Counselling & TPA for better room & facilities since Oct2022 for Dec22 delivery but all in vain .I would suggest people if you have medical insurance then please cross check the issues before opting SNH . I am sure that my feedback will be wasted here as SNH team will just reply with an apology with no mitigation plan . But that's Ok i have my own experience that should be known to the upper Management & they should have the courtesy to talk to me for bad experience

We are thankful to the entire team od doctors and staff at SNH. Dr. Jai Khullar and his team have been very supportive and have taken care of our patient very nicely as always. We are very happy to have found such a nice team in our neighborhood.

I would like to thank Dr. Deepak Garg, one of the best doctor .I highly recommend Dr. Deepak Garg to anyone suffering from any kind of stone issue; He is the best urologist. Sehgal Nursing Home is also one of the best hospitals. The staff, nurses, and everyone there are very humble and very good. If you’re looking for a hospital that offers top-notch care and a compassionate team, I highly recommend Sehgal Neo Hospital.

Room 252. Purpose: delivery of my wife(LSCS) Overall experience was very good. Baby care is awesome. There was a little hurdle initially because of sudden rush. But from the second day onwards it was good. Very supportive feeding staff professional behaviour.

I underwent unilateral knee replacement surgery at Sehgal hospital by Dr. Simon Thomas. I'm really satisfied with all the facilities here. The doctors and team are doing great efforts to make it a hassle free experience. Room 552

Excellent experience from Admission to surgery to discharge . Ethical and Supercompetent surgeon Dr Narin and team , Admin and nursing staff was courteous, friendly and efficient, quick response to any demand . A hospital like Home . Keep it up , Best wishes .

Staff was good and doctors were too good and experience was more than amazing with these people Just a feedback for the admin people like working in Counselling and TPA to inform the person about the all the information before the admission of the patient there should be no doubt so that patient will be prepared about the amount he/she needs to pay at discharge

Worst experience. I booked an appointment with Dr Tarun Kumar for 3.20. When I visited, they asked me to pay. Just after making the payment they informed that the doctor will arrive at 4.30. They could have informed it beforing asking for payment but then there is a chance that patient will not pay.
