The best service at most reasonable price. Mr Tabrez was deputed for the work, he visited my place within 40 minutes of the complaint. He replaced the kit along with membrane at very reasonable price, no hidden charges and my RO is working perfectly. I m.satisfied and give 5 star rating to Golden water solution.

Good service if required anything we will discuss
Very unprofessional service. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers or handle service requests. By chance, I overheard their office staff on the technician’s speakerphone talking disrespectfully about me and saying “kya kehe rha h vo, kya dikkat h usko, abhi mat kro uss ghar ka kaam, aisi chor aao, kal dobara karna”. This is highly unprofessional behavior. Despite calling me twice a day for service, they actually showed up after 6 days, and even then, they didn’t complete the work. Such careless attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I strongly recommend not buying any product or service from this agency.
