I purchased a Kent water purifier from Golden Water Solution last year and also opted for their AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Since then, their service has been absolutely hassle-free. I receive a service call every three months like clockwork, so I never have to worry about keeping track—they manage everything seamlessly. What I really appreciate is their prompt response. If there’s ever an issue with the RO system, they visit the same day to fix it—no waiting around for service! Most recently, Mr. Shaan Shavez visited for a routine service. He was very professional, identified a couple of defects in the machine during the process, and replaced the faulty parts on the spot. Excellent service overall. Highly recommend Golden Water Solution for their professionalism and customer care. Thank you!
