Golden Water Solution

I have been their customer since around last 5 years and got installed 3 RO systems from them for me and my family. We have been observing them every time that they are very proactive at their work, specially would appreciate their nimbleness that they treat their customers complaint as their utmost priority and provide solutions always in very short span. I truly recommend them for everyone.

I am using RO for many years, and have got serviced it from different RO service providers. But there has been none like GOLDEN WATER SOLUTIONS...!!! And all the credit goes to the owner Mr. Alam who has been before anything a very good and honest human being with so much respect and politeness when dealing with customers. The service engineer changed the filters and replaced the old pump motor with a new one. I was already happy, but then ALAM BHAI called me after few days saying that my old pump is working fine and so he would re-install it, which simply means I have saved the cost of a new pump motor. This is when I was so happily surprised and felt good that there are still such people exists who do their work with right intentions and put customer first. Respect for Alam Bhai all the way. Expect him keep up the same kind of work in future. All the best.

The lady forgot to send the technician and putting the blame on customer. Experience gone wrong before possibility of any service.
