I visited their with my mother who us suffering stomach pain Waiting time , High consultation fee and all are the secondary part first question dr asked was Apke pas koi mediclaim ya policy hai ya sab pocket se lagega , after spending whole day and 3k he told us to come to clinic 8:30 am we will do ultrasound then after two days we visited their they charged 2k and we get the ultrasound done and started waiting to show the reports approx 4-5 hours, then my turn came we entered into the cabin he asked have you done fibroscan we said no you did not mentioned about that he said go and get it done still he did no prescribed any medicine even my mother having severe pain then we came and get the fibroscan done in his own clinic they charged another 2k we get that report and again started waiting in queue after an hour we again go to him and shown report then he said have you done blood tests we said no then again he said submit your blood sample and submit the paper they called performa and come to me with reports again after 5 days then I will tell you the medicines, in ultrasound my mother having stone , Fatty liver still he did not prescribe any medi for the problem which are already diagnosed in report then we go to the counter for blood sampling they quote us another 12550/- for blood tests personally I could not afford such expensive testes I request to the counter to do only most necessary test , they said talk to the dr I again started waiting in queue and meet the dr after another one hour I said to him Sir I am financially not that much sound and I am taking care of whole family of 4 person so please let me know the most necessary test and for the time being prescribe medicine for the problem which are already came into reports and I will come to you with the reports in next visit anybody guess what he prescribed after my request just a painkiller Ultracet that’s it. No medi related to the problem. After spending lots of money and equally efforts and struggle by patient herself we did not get any concrete solution. This was the my experience What I noticed there this was the story of almost every patient who were sitting in front of me in his cabin and who discussed their problem in a normal conversation with me they also mentioned the same process initially Dr asked What do you do ? And then the same process Started with every patient. I Strongly not recommend to anyone specially for the middle class people. Being a person as a guardian who is taking care of patient and a patient itself already used to suffer in their day to day life and financially, Physically, Emotionally. So take your decision wisely.

I find no words to say "Thank You Doctor ANIL ARORA JI” because it would very less to say anything in the line if treatment you provided to me for pancatitis at age ig 17-19yrs. Whereas Doctor Sir, I sincerely appreciate your expertise, diagnosis, and treatment. The care and confidence you provide are the reasons so many patients choose to consult you despite the long waiting times. I would like to share one suggestion for improvement. Although appointments are given for specific time slots, patients often end up waiting 3–4 hours or more before their consultation. This can be quite difficult, especially for elderly patients, working professionals, and those who travel from distant locations. It would be extremely helpful if appointment timings could be managed more strictly and the OPD schedule maintained as closely as possible. If there are unavoidable delays, informing patients in advance would also help them plan their day better. This feedback is shared with utmost respect and only because we value your excellent medical care. A more disciplined appointment system would make the overall patient experience even better. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. Despite arriving on time for a confirmed appointment, I was kept waiting for over 6 hours with zero communication or updates from the front desk. When I finally met with the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and dismissive. He barely took 5 minutes to listen to my symptoms, brushed off my concerns without adequate explanation, and showed little empathy. As a patient, you expect a basic standard of care, professional courtesy, and clear communication—none of which were present here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to others looking for attentive medical care.
