Came to Clove dental Guruhakishan Nagar for check up for me and my daughter. Dr Sonal Jain checked and told us complete treatment with cost. Gave us best offers. I got dental implant done, I am satisfied with the fast and prompt process. It was painless and comfortable. My Daughter got aligners for straightening her teeth. So far the treatment is going good. Thanks to them for providing us appointments according to our schedule.

The dr. over here are very humble and polite. My aligner treatment is been taken care by Dr Sonal and Dr. Rashmika Mam. I'm totally satisfied with my treatment, with the results and their services.

It's been a wonderful experience at Clove Dental in Pachim Vihar. I got two new teeth installed and got a few repaired over the past few months. It was painless. Dr. Sonal Jain, in particular, has been very helpful. She took care of all my dental issues well. Her attention to details and counselling as part of the treatment helped me understand the issues and get the right treatment. She's very professional and understands the patient's concerns. My experience at Clove Dental guru harkishan nagar was very nice and dr. Sonal and dr. Aakriti did their work nicely and without pain. Also assistants Deepak and Santosh were equally good and did their job well. Perfect team work was there. I will recommend it to all my friends and have already recommended my relatives coz of nice experience.

Terrible experience with Dr Sonal and Dr Lipika. Dr Sonal had done a cavity filling, and that very tooth broke in few days as she had ruined it. Then we had to pay for tooth extraction and got an implant done through clove dental itself. For another tooth, I constantly told Dr Sonal that I still have pain and discomfort even after the root canal she performed, but knowing that the tooth is damaged from inside she hurriedly placed the cap and the first thing she said after doing so is that " if you still have a problem, get this tooth removed". What was the root canal done and the cap placed for if the tooth had to be removed? She placed the cap quickly so that they don't have to refund the money for the cap. After few weeks since the problem persisted, we had to get that very tooth removed and had to get another implant done at clove dental itself. DR Sonal does not even know how to take an xray properly and the doctor who did the implant was actually teaching her how to do so, she took around 8 x-rays still the image was not proper exposing me to unnecessary radiation. Dr Sonal Jain is extremely money minded and incompetent. Terrible experience. The well being of patients is not a priority for doctors like her even one bit. She even does not know hot to take the size for a crown, she made us visit 2-3 times and finally placed a crown that was small and caused infection, pathetic doctor she is. Came in on another day do get the crown tightened for an implant done at Clove Dental itself, first Dr Lipika said that we will have to pay for it even though at the time of getting the implant done we were told that we can get the implant related word done at any branch in India free of cost, and then she pounced on me and said that I have several cavities that need urgent filling and that the infection will grow otherwise. When we showed interest in getting the filling done, she said we will not have to pay for the tightening of the crown. But after we decided not to get the filling done & asked her only to get the crown tightened, we were forced to pay Rs 800 for the same and even though I kept telling her that I am not feeling comfortable after she tightened the crown, she only persisted and said that the crown will adjust with time. Then in few days after the problem worsened, we went to the Clove dental Paschim Vihar branch for the same issue, and the doctor there said that the crown has not been fixed properly, and filed it a bit with a machine and did a perfect job. Also when we asked the doctor over there if there are any cavities or infection, he checked thoroughly and said that there is nothing. I am updating this review after 2 years, and till date there is no issue. Therefore, stay away from the Clove Dental Guru Harkrishan Nagar branch, they are here only to fool you and mint money. Terrible experience!
