It's been 7 months with Yoga Studio learning Yoga & several activities. When I joined them that time I was suffering with back pain & sleeping issues. It helped me alot with not only solving these issues but also give me strength to do all day activities actively. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.
This place is complete solution of your body health,yoga, accupressure. Sir is very experienced and knowledgeable. This place is best for any age group from child to old age giving strength ,mental calmness and enjoyable moment in every stage of your life.
I have been connected with Yoga Studio since 1.5 year.I have learned Yoga from Mam and Sir both.Apart from Yoga, also learned other activites like Zumba, Aerobics, Strength Training, Weight loss Training, Meditation etc.Yoga Studio provides complete fitness program for our overall well being including accupressure therapies according to one's body needs. When I have joined yoga studio in March, 2023, I had problems of headache (Pain in nerves of head), back pain, low confidence, poor posture, anxious, difficult to loose weight. Now, I am physically and mentally fit,confident, feeling happy and healthy always. I also lost soo much weight and still losing and also learnt different types of weight loss exercises. I also learnt challenging yoga practices, earlier i never thought i could do like chakrasana, standing chakraasana apart from other things. Sir and Mam has taught me with soo much care and patience. Personally, apart from yoga, Sir and Mam are very good persons and very friendly, caring in nature. I will always be blessed with the everyday life changing classes and the yogic wisdom and guidance shared by sir and man will helped me during my lifetime.
