In Old Rajinder Nagar, Paradise yoga center is definitely the best. Anita ma'am is a highly motivating professional instructor. The combination of meditation and aasan in every session is the specialty here that brings stress relief, positive energy and fitness together.

I joined the yoga classes before my upsc mains exam as I needed mental calm and balance. Paradise yoga classes helped me immensely. The weekly meditation session is too good. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience. Ma'am is very considerate and helping in nature. She knows her business well. Breathing practices followed by various Ashans ensured that body and mind stay connected. Thank you very much ma'am. I will always be obliged to you.

Being an upsc aspirant i always thought am neglecting my health for studies(sedentary life style and not much physical exercise).So i thought of joining yoga and meditation classes. And i decided to join paradise yoga after reading some good reviews in Google. I can tell you paradise yoga met my expectations. Mam is very helpful and courteous in profession.she has thorough knowledge about the aasans.am very much impressed with the pleasant music played for meditation. Practising yoga and meditation will be a stress buster and it can boost our preparation .whoever thinking to join paradise yoga can do it without any hesitation.

Bad experience. Unprofessional behaviour and not at all considerate and unhelpful. I joined before mains hoping it will help it was a mistake joining. In a batch of 2 , she didn't consider my request of changing timmings from 6:00am favouring another student and yoga was done via a whatsapp call. That ₹2500 fees is better spend on another online app/course than here. Be careful before joining.

Paradise Yoga and Meditation Centre is an undoubtedly one of the best in the area. A serious and focused yoga and meditation session makes me feel good and calm. especially if one has any kind of mental stress due to busy and hectic life must try this place. the ambience of the centre is very peaceful and positive.The instructor/ mentor is professionally very good at her job and very humane by nature. i am already experiencing some positive change in me. I would highly recommend this place to one and all!

This place gives you amazing experience from the day 1. Ma'am gives personal attention towards everyone and make sure you are doing the asanas correctly in every session. I have been doing yoga since childhood and I can definitely say that this is one of the best yoga classes I've ever joined.

First of all I am not into writing reviews, but when you seriously get benefited, you feel like sharing it ,so that others can reap its benefits. Yoga would have been my last choice for a fitness routine, but after joining this institute , I can say yoga is a part of my life now . Anita Mam is so sweet and she knows her stuff very well. I came here with my knee's soft tissue injury and I feel much better now because of Mam's personal attention to each and every student. I will definitely recommend this place for yoga. PS: Atleast go for a month before jumping to any conclusion.
