Read if your care about your loved one. I am shifting rooms in between wards while I'm writing this. It's almost 11:30, almost in the middle of the night. I recently had my mother admitted here. The hospital staff takes no responsibility about patient care. We were issued a 3 bed AC Room. The AC did not work and neither did they have a fan in the same room. Even after constant complaints they were unapologetic about having patients face such a difficult time. The receptionist, Mr. Naveen Singh clarified the fact that indeed this institution has an affinity towards filling up their beds rather than providing adequate care to already admitted patients. Please note: If you really care about your loved ones, kindly refrain from bringing them here. And in case if you ever visit their dermatologist, be in for a surprise, because everyone is prescribed AD-MOIST and E-MUNE +. It's like their signature prescription, everyone gets one. A shoddy moisturizing cream that costs twice more than any other cream in the market.

The lady sitting at registration counter (aged lady) is so rude and having unprofessional behaviour all the time, working like she owns the hospital and treating patients like govt hospital... Also Misguiding the patients that the timing starts from 8:30 AM for registration when we asked it's showing 8:00 AM online she said it's incorrect official timing is 8:30 for card registration.

The worst hospital ,i have ever seen . The management staff of this hospital is very poor. at night, I have a emergency no body come out to help the patient. At that time i m feel very lonely. The staff say at the entrance of hospital "no beds available". The receptionist guard are ill mannered ,this guys don't know how to talk with patients. The duty doctor comes out to see the patient after half an hour. The doctor written some medicine and give an injection. my complaint is that quick action is not taken by the staff ,guard and doctor.

I have twins. Dr. Payal Modi's support and diagnosis have been great. She has been very supportive for 9 months. She is no less than God for me.

Worst greedy, rude Dr. Garima Gupta. Neurology. She takes only 10 sec. She doesn't listen to you. Just recommend Rs 20000 test which is not even related to the disease. Then she takes you to her private clinic in kamla nagar where she again loots you. She should be removed from the Doctor panel. Zero knowledge, so rude behaviour, only wants money from you.

DR. RASTOGI, Paediatrics is very rude doctor and totally unprofessional, I got my son for underweight treatment, he did'nt even listen to us and wronged our every statement about the problem of the child. It felt like we are getting charity in OPD. Dr. PC Uniyal is much better paediatric she listens to the patient but better avoid Dr. Rastogi, totally unprofessional. Avoidable in personal experience.

Regarding my treatment (of GBS) in this hospital, I would like to express my gratitude towards Dr A. Rohatgi, Dr Ali n others for the treatment they gave me when I was paralysed. And the nursing staff - the senior as well as junior sisters were encouraging n helpful. And the ward boys were so supportive. I remember about Tribhuvan, n sisters madam Cicily, Anju, Bincy, Usha etc. in the ward sisters Sonia, Martina, Kavita, Gudiya too took care of me diligently. I’m ever grateful for this hospital’s kind n dutiful staff🙏
