Thank you Dr Harish and Dr Kriti Baweja madam for giving me gentle and comfortable treatment. I am very satisfied with both their attitude and kindness. I recommend them to everyone. I also thank Dr Soma for detailed treatment explanation. Thank you.
Teerathram is like patil hospital of movie Gabbar is back. Lutere h sab k sab. very rude staff extra rude reception girls. Ultrasound lady ufff kya kehne in sab k. Paise b kharch karvate h or behaive b govt hospital se zada bura karte h. but Dr. is good..
Dr. Anand Tyagi Surgeon is very intelligent and his behaviour is very good. Tirath Ram Shah is Nice hospital.
It is a hospital located very close the Kamla Nehru Ridge. Hospital has got all modern day amenities. They have got nice clean rooms. There is always nurses and staff available to look after patients. Parking could be a problem during day time. The only thing which I feel must be there is that food should be available 24 hrs and in fact canteen offers only snacks and beverages.
Dr Kriti Baweja and Dr.Soma was very polite and professional.I was explained everything in details, cleaning and polishing was done smoothly. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Doctors.
Most rude, money minded Dr. Garima Gupta, neurology. No knowledge. Don't listen to your problem even for 1 minute. Just recommend very costly test MRI, NCV, SSR test which are not even related to your disease. Tells you to visit her clinic in kamla so that she can loot you there.
Worst hospital they don't respect the time of ordinary people . Here no space of humanity. The people who are sitting on a opd card making... behave so rudely. I request to management of this hospital look this matter. We are paying for respect and better treatment here.
Doctor are as always late. They have no fixed timing. The staff is like only the doctor will be able to check the condition. If u will come they will charge u higher in pandemic situation even they are not able to photostate the document u have to pay for the service to the vendor or the shop just opposition to them, overall services are to slow to handle, they can be better but they aren't willing to compete. This is my personal experience my father is admitted but they haven't tested them and until now no status of the process so bad to say "a hospital can be a famous by its infrastructure but the delay of services may cause them to the undeveloped". Bed alloted to me good, the environment was not good no problem but even the bedsheet that must be there wasn't there, pillow was missing, dustbin was also, even the drawers was not clean until i make request to them for that atleast 3 times. They are like wait we will but u must to wait for 3-6 hours. Wth
Dear Team, I brought my father to your hospital in case of an emergency and I was denied the service of cardiologists at the time of emergency. This was the second time I was denied his presence. I also didn't receive any referral letter to another hospital from the hospital administration. Out of helplessness I took my father to dharamshila narayana hospital a second time also. I just want to tell you that please improve your administrative and doctor services or else I assure you that next time you will face consequences. Never underestimate the power of common people. If next time my services are denied to me, I will unleash the full might of NMC, media and police upon you and believe me I will make you pay. If possible I will also escalate this problem to the health ministry with proper proofs and support. This is my last warning to you all. Be aware.
Worst hospital, they just make money, my patient got admitted today and they charged huge money and they do not provide any facility like house keeping services, wifi. etc. When i ask for wifi they do not provide the password and make an excuses. I have an urgent office work in next few days and in this critical situation i won't be able to perform my office duties due to pathetic services. Please don't waste your money in this hospital. Also, i am not sure about the treatment how can they treat.
