I had complete my piles treatment in shubham hospital best hospital in south Delhi today's I am completely Fine

Very bad experience. The hospital management was unprofessional and the billing process was completely disappointing. I was charged unexpected amounts despite being assured otherwise, and the staff did not provide proper support or clarification. It felt misleading and unfair. I would not recommend this hospital unless management improves its transparency and patient service.

A Very Painful Experience Meri wife ka Shubham Hospital mein Dr. Sushma Agarwal ke under treatment chal raha tha. Hum apni taraf se poori care le rahe the aur doctor ke guidance ke according time-to-time visits, ultrasound aur blood tests bhi karwa rahe the. Lekin achanak meri wife ko bleeding start ho gayi. Hum turant dobara doctor ke paas gaye, lekin wahan dr sushma condition ka clear diagnosis nahi kar payi due to his old ultrasound machine Iske baad hum doosre doctor k pass gaye, jahan ultrasound karwane par pata chala ki pregnancy uterus ke bajaye fallopian tube mein thi, yani ectopic pregnancy. Wahan doctor se consultation ke dauraan humein bataya gaya ki agar aisi condition ko early stage mein identify kar liya jaaye, toh medicines se treatment possible ho sakta hai. Yeh sunkar humare mann mein serious sawaal aaye ki jab meri wife ka starting se treatment Shubham Hospital mein chal raha tha aur hum regular follow-ups aur tests bhi karwa rahe the, toh is condition ko pehle identify kyun nahi kiya gaya? Hum dobara Shubham Hospital gaye aur doctor ke saamne apni concerns rakhi aur woh apne ko bachane me lage rahe and rudely baat kari. Lekin humare experience mein, humein na toh apne sawaalon ka satisfactory jawab mila aur na hi jis sensitivity aur seriousness ki expectation thi, waisi communication hui. Humein aisa laga ki humari baat ko properly suna bhi nahi gaya. Aakhirkaar meri wife ko surgery karwani padi. Is poore experience ne meri wife ko physically, aur sabse zyada emotionally bahut affect kiya hai. Apni wife ko is situation se guzarte dekhna mere liye bahut painful raha hai and still she is still in the pain Sabse zyada dukh is baat ka hai ki humne doctor par bharosa kiya, unki advice follow ki aur regular checkups karwaye, phir bhi humein is situation ka saamna karna pada. Hum sirf yeh samajhna chahte the ki kya hua, condition pehle identify kyun nahi hui. Lekin humein apni concerns par woh clarity aur communication nahi mili jiski hum expectation kar rahe the.
