The doctor are very professional and efficient and explained everything. All the staff members are very supportive and helpful. The hospital is well equipped with all the facilities.

Visited the physiotherapy OPD with extreme pain in the elbow. I visited various hospitals and found no relief then my relative suggested me to go for physiotherapy at spring meadows hospital. But then DR. TANYA BAJAJ treated me for the same. Her humble nature, focused attitude is remarkable, a highly professional personality with a pretty heart. She is a true magician, today I have no pain and m perfectly doing good. All my blessing and good wishes to her.

i been To emergency there with my brother, the staff was quite good who asissted my brother he had little wound in his finger they told us that the stiches need to be done coz the bleeding wasn’t stopped we were like okay do that then the receptionist guy was very rude he started arguing with my brothers coz of billing as we were short in the balance of rupees 130 i asked him I will do the transfer of this amount but he started screaming on us this type of qualification professionalism should not be good and not for the patients. He doesn’t knw how to talk with the guests ladies etc. We used to come to this hospital as we have many family doctors there since it was paras ambut now the reception staff is not hood who is doing the night duty....

I am writing this on behalf of my father MR. JC SHARMA, who was detected with rotator cuff injury with frozen shoulder. The treatment that he received at spring meadows hospital was excellent. Really excellent management and staff. Also a big thanks to Dr. Shubhra Sen and Dr TANYA BAJAJ who are expert physiotherapists well natured to attend patients , with great professionalism. All was good, the delivery and the staff is good, they need to have a good vendor for impressions, the first memories vendor misbehaved with my husband and received no help cooperation from hospital, We decided not to take the impression, They need to treat their customers rather than gesturing their vendors

I went in emergency at late night, explained all my details. Doctor attending was Dr Asif Resident Doctor who was totally impatient and did not attend to my ailment rather was rude to say i was wasting his time asking questions about how to handle that moment's crucial condition.He refused any basic help also. Such Doctors are totally undesirable.

All staffs are very good and good communicate with patient, Special thanks for all nurses. They are very sweet person and good heart ❤️
