Hi I had a great experience Artemis hospital. All the staff and nurses were really helpful and supportive. Dr. Gurmeet Bansal had played great part in my whole pregnancy. She as my doctor was very helpful and understanding. Very issue in my pregnancy was addressed and understood, would like to thank her for being an amazing support throughout.
I underwent a major surgery but felt at ease and just like home during my stay here. The doctors, nurses and other staff are highly professional and very much helpful.
The hospital staff is very kind and helpful. I really liked the service and the way they treated me. However, I feel the overall cost is quite expensive.
I don’t even have the option to give 0 stars, otherwise I definitely would. Honestly, there is no point in booking this hospital in advance. Even if you have made a prior reservation, they can still tell you that no room is available. In such a situation, they may offer you an ICU or labour room for 2–3 days. It’s like booking a Fortuner and being handed a Maruti 800 instead. The expectations and the actual experience are completely different. On top of that, there was no room decoration, no cake cutting, and not even a proper photo opportunity. These are basic things you expect when you plan such an important occasion in advance. Seriously, choosing this hospital was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Extremely disappointing experience.

Daffodils by Artemis Hospital is excellent I had my wife admitted there, and she delivered our baby there in August 2026. The staff—including the nursing, cleaning, billing, and reception teams, as well as the doctors—were all very supportive.

We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and hospital. The doctor was caring, professional, and always available to address our concerns. The hospital staff was supportive, and the facilities were clean and well-managed. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent care and making this journey smooth and memorable.
