This is a really good hospital, i went there for my routine checkup and found there was some issues that needed medication. Dr. Asha hans was so nice, she assured me calmly that it was curable. The nursing staff ensured that my treatments go by smoothly. Really thankful.

Hans charitable hospital, GTB, provides all kind of facilities for patients. Experienced doctors in all branches. Pharmacy, in the same building. X ray, and other scanning available. Doctors with minimum of 10 year experience.
My experience at Hans Charitable Hospital in the gynaecology department was very disappointing. I visited Dr. Asha Hans and paid ₹500 for her consultation, as they charge extra after 8 PM (instead of the regular ₹300). However, despite paying the higher fee, Dr. Asha Hans did not even consult me properly. Instead, a junior doctor attended to me and behaved very rudely. They didn’t explain my condition, answer my questions, or provide any clarity about the cause of my problem. The staff, including the ultrasound technicians, were also rude and unprofessional. Their charges are inconsistent — there seems to be no fixed rate for ultrasounds. One day, after 8 PM, they charged ₹1500, and the next day at exactly 8 PM, they charged ₹1800. Before visiting Hans Charitable Hospital, my pregnancy was completely fine. After my first visit, Dr. Asha Hans prescribed some medicines, and the very next day I started bleeding. I was extremely worried and tried to contact the doctor, but she refused to talk on the phone and simply told me to come to the clinic. When I went there again, I was charged ₹2700 in total (consultation, ultrasound, and medicines). Even after paying all that, Dr. Asha Hans did not review my ultrasound report — she left without seeing me. Overall, I am very unhappy with the unprofessional behavior, poor patient care, and inconsistent pricing at Hans Charitable Hospital. I would not recommend Dr. Asha Hans or this hospital to anyone.
