Worst doctor I've ever met Dr. Ahmed. I took my friend who was having very severe pain in her stomach to the emergency. And rather than giving any immediate treatment he sent her for ultrasound scan. she was not able to speak eat or drink anything at that time and they kept asking her to drink more water because without that they can't perform ultrasound test and ignored her condition. She needed immediate help and the hospital didn't seem to help at all. The hospital staff was totally un-bothered by a patient dying in pain. They kept us waiting for about an hour and we felt so helpless. Only thing they care about is Money. Worst experience.

Went there for RCT in the dental department and Dr. Neha Hans was very polite respectful and professional while also being friendly and comforting. The procedure was painless and very successful in terms of RCT from other institutions. Overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I visited this hospital today because I had a fever and sore throat. To my surprise, the doctor didn’t even bother to check my temperature or suggest any basic tests like a blood checkup. Instead, he directly prescribed nearly 10 medicines and insisted I buy them from their own pharmacy. When I asked the pharmacist about the purpose of the medicines, he refused to explain and just said “le lo sab.” This feels more like a business scam than a healthcare service. Patients come for proper diagnosis and care, not to be pushed into unnecessary medicines. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I had been suffering from headaches for the past two years due to sinus issues and a bone growth in my nose. Recently, I underwent surgery for this condition at this hospital. All the doctors involved in the surgery—Dr. P.C. Rustagi, Dr. Subhas, and Dr. Saxena—were highly professional. They were very polite in their behavior and explained everything clearly.The surgery was ultimately successful, and now my headache is completely gone. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary facilities available. The staff was also very helpful. I am truly grateful to the doctors and the hospital. Thank you Especially Rustagi sir answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely comfortable.
