I just want to know whether there is any provision of zero star. Money minded doctor is concerned with minting money. My experience with this hospital was pathetic as she has no ethics to take responsibility for the treatment gone wrong.
Dr .shagufta Khalid is brilliant doctor.she can control & handle any type of case n circumstances... Her staff behaviour is also well mannered... Is too good hospital..
I visited this hospital for minor treatment of stomach pain of my relative. Doctor prescribed medicine which led to acute allergic reaction. When I asked doctor to look into the issue , she charged me three times of normal fee and told that she is not accountable for her prescribed medicine that caused reaction. My experience suggest that she and her staff is more concerned about minting money rather than welfare of the patient. As far as her staff is concerned , they are too unprofessional and keep on bickering.
Mashaallah very nice hospital as well as dr shagufta Khalid in this Jamia nagar area, I will give five star for this hospital as well as doctors and staffs
Dr Shagufta khalid is very good Doctor. She is the best Gynaecologist in this jamia nagar as well as in India. She is very polite and humble Staff is so good and cooperative
SKM is best Gynologist in South Delhi .It is our first experience running for my wife pregnency but iam completely setisfied treated by Dr Shagufta Khalid hopefully our experience will live as aepected satisfied for my wife and for babies health

The hospital has very nice facilities and their staffs are so polite. Dr shagufta khalid is just amazing and very experienced. My wife delivery was normal on 3rd feb and she got discharged with in 24 hours. Now my baby and wife both are healthy alhamdullilah
