Vaccination center isn't following any social distancing. People are pushing each other and standing is queue very close to each other. Staff and management of vaccination is poor. So many people will catch the virus here. They should put a token system rather than asking people to stand in line.

OPD Timings: 9 am to 3 pm. Only for normal delivery. For C-section they generally refer to Safdarjung hospital.

There is a reason why people who can afford it choose private hospitals. I visited this centre twice for my son’s vaccination, and on both occasions the experience at the registration desk was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared completely uninterested in doing their jobs. During my first visit, I arrived at 8:45 AM, but there was no one at the registration desk. When the staff eventually arrived, I was asked to wait. On asking how long it would take, I was casually told it could be “up to an hour”—despite the centre being empty with no patients waiting. Around 11 AM, the staff were busy having breakfast and even remarked that I had come late, despite having been there since 8:45 AM. Hoping it was an isolated incident, I visited again on another day at 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, the experience was no different. The staff were again reluctant to work, and one of the employees was occupied on a personal video call with no apparent intention of attending to patients. Please have some respect for other people’s time. Government healthcare is a lifeline for many families, and they deserve courteous and efficient service. I eventually left out of frustration and got my son’s vaccination done at a private hospital, paying out of pocket. Experiences like these explain why those who can afford private healthcare avoid government facilities, while those who cannot are left with no choice but to endure poor service. Taxpayers deserve better, and so do the countless citizens who depend on these centres every day.
