Ramlal Kundanlal Multi Speciality Hospital

Today I went to the RK hospital and got an OPD slip of 100 rupees made and went to the doctor in the basement, the doctor said that OPD is only for bones, you can go there and get your payment refunded. Then I went upstairs and told my problem to the receptionist and asked for refund but she said that we do not have any refund policy, and you should have asked first which OPD it is and it is written on our board at the back, why did you not see it. And I thought there is a way to talk but the receptionist was not talking properly, instead of solving the problem she was talking about the distance. It's not fair to charge you if I didn't use your services. Untrained, unprofessional

Worst experience. All staff including receptionist & doctor are very arrogant. They have hardly any 4-5 patients for treatment, but they shows as if thousands are waiting in line. And last but not least Dr Meera Gaur, gynaecologist is pure money minded lady. She says 'are jab paise nhi kharch kar sakte to aate kyo ho private me?'

My 11 year son got injured in school and fractured his right wrist, without a doubt we rushed Him to Ramlal Kundanlal Hospital to one of the best doctor in Delhi Dr. A.V.Sharma . He made urgent xray and seeing the seriousness of the wound recommended us for further investigation as he was more concerned for my kid's wrist like his family. After going through results of Dr. A V sharma explained us each and every steps of our concern as my son was to be operated. Dr. A V Sharma operated my son and followed personal along with the hospital staff the recovery of my son till he got discharge and further with the follow check ups with him. my son is doing fine now. The best thing About Dr. A V Sharma is that being such a big orthopedic Surgeon he is so down to earth and understand that patient visiting him are with limited knowledge of the subject so he patiently answer their queries without any frustration which is a big thing in today's time. His prescription only reflect the minimal requirement of the medication. Good to have the Doctor like him. Thanks Dr. A V Sharma..

I consult to ortho Doctor for my 4 wks old DER fracture in my left hand for pain in my ring finger. (AS CAST WAS REMOVED in other hospital due to pain in ring finger radiating to elbow side ) . In RK hospital Dr advice me to wear brace for 2 wks more to restrict movement. I have medical conditions like suffering from ITP (can not take pain killers and anti inflammatory drugs)and hypothyroidism. After complete 7 wks of fracture startd physiotherapy just before 4 days back in guidance of lovi mam . Some movements improved slightly but Still my thumb and ring finger and little finger and other small joints are paining & swelling . Hope it will be ok soon . 🙏

I went to this hospital yesterday. I must say Very pathetic service and infrastructure. First of all the staircase is very stiff inclined which a patients finds very hard to walk on. Then the receptionist is arrogant and talk very rudely. And horrible part of the visit was their gynaecologist doctor Meera Gaur. Actually I'm a CGHS card holder and every hospital which is CGHS empanelled have to charge according to CGHS rate only. when She saw the card, behaved very rudely. And make me feel as if I went to her for free treatment. If she has so much problem with CGHS card holder then why she had listed the hospital under CGHS empanelled category. Government doesn't force any private hospital to list under CGHS empanelled hospital. It is hospital itself in order to gain some patients and thereby making money listed under cghs category. Unprofessional, very greedy and arrogant. I didn't expect from a doctor whom people consider 2nd God.

I visited this hospital as I am much prone to injuries related to bones and we met Dr A.V Sharma 3 years back. He's the best senior orthopaedic surgeon. He listens to the problems very patiently,tells you in detail as to which problem you are going through in detail , what is good or bad for us..he's very friendly doctor..if the doctor is nice to the patient,it's a sigh of relief.. I'll highly recommend everyone to visit him if you are facing ortho problems.
