Very good experience with sanchet hospital staff. They help us to process my claim softly . Very Hubble and helpful staff.
My experience with the reception staff was extremely bad and heartbreaking. They are the worst people I've ever met. They literally tortured and Verbally harras to not review on google. They literally made me cry and disrespect my mother alot. Very rude and bad behavior. No knowledge at all on how to talk to patients or how to respect patients. They don't listen at all. They do back-bitching a lot. They talk behind patients' backs with other staff and with other patients about previous patients. Which is very unprofessional and shameful. They also run to the doctor to complain about patients like this is a school, they are the teachers, patients are students, and the doctor is the principal. Such childish and unprofessional attitude in a hospital. Even after disrespecting and humiliating patients, they don't even have the basic courtesy to say sorry. Instead, Dr. Sunita herself has to say sorry for her receptionist's behavior. Dr. Sunita is very nice, polite and professional, but her staff is ruining her name and clinic's reputation. In conclusion, the receptionist LADIES are very bad, rude, greedy and unprofessional who always ask for money. They have no etiquette, no empathy, no sympathy towards patients. They have no patience and no manners to handle people who are already in pain. If you are sick and need compassion, this is not the place because of this staff behavior. Management must take strict towards the ladies receptionist and fire them. Patients come for care, not to be insulted. Dr. Sunita is good, but because of her reception staff, I will never recommend this place to anyone.
