We had availed a cashless insurance facility, and the insurance claim has already been approved and settled as cashless. Despite this, the hospital is unnecessarily holding ₹5,000 and has been delaying the refund by saying “1–2 days” repeatedly. It has now been more than 15 days. If the treatment was cashless and the insurer has already settled the claim, there is no valid reason for the hospital to withhold this amount. We request: Immediate clarification on why ₹5,000 is being held Immediate refund of the said amount Written confirmation if there is any legitimate deduction (with documents) If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be compelled to escalate the matter to the insurance company, TPA, and concerned authorities. Please treat this as urgent.
