Very Disappointing Experience at Kesar Hospital I took my niece to Kesar Hospital yesterday because she was suffering from loose motions. We admitted her at around 8:00 PM. Before admission, we clearly asked the reception staff about the charges and were told that the cost would be ₹10,000 for 24 hours, and that everything would be included except the charges for any tests/reports. Based on this information, we agreed to the admission. A blood test was conducted, and the report was received on the same day. The treatment and medicines were then started. However, later that night, around 10:00 PM, some medicines were purchased from the hospital's own chemist/pharmacy. We were told that the amount for those medicines would be deducted from the hospital bill. However, at the time of discharge, the medicine charges were also added separately to the bill. When we requested discharge the next day, the doctor told us that the required dosages had not yet been completed. However, during the treatment, we were not properly informed about what the blood test report showed or what the actual medical condition of the baby was. We believe that such important information should have been clearly explained to us by the doctor or hospital staff. To make matters worse, when we asked for the details of the medicines that had been administered to the baby, we were told that the medicine details would not be provided unless we paid an additional ₹1,500. This was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about transparency in billing and patient care. In my experience, the communication from the reception staff was not clear, and the way the entire billing and treatment information was handled was highly unsatisfactory. Patients and their families deserve clear information about treatment, medicines, reports, and charges. I strongly recommend that people carefully clarify every charge and ask for complete written details before admitting their family members here. The hospital management should seriously look into this matter and train the doctors and reception staff on how to communicate properly and transparently with patients and their families. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves its system, communication, billing transparency, and patient service.

The hospital's facilities were very good and the staff was also very cooperative... Doctor Sir's nature was also very good and the treatment was also very good... Everything was very good
