Dr. Shivalik is an excellent Doctor, a gentleman and a good human being. He's polite and courteous, listens patiently and is a pleasure to consult. A rare thing to say about doctors, sadly, these days.

During two emergencies with my wife, one in the year December 2018 for shoulder dislocation and the second recently in October 2024 femur fracture i visited JK Hospital Janakpuri in West Delhi. I found Dr. Shivalik Kapoor a thoroughly professional orthopaedic doctor. Nurses, attendants and other staff are very cordial and I would recommend JK Hospital in case of orthopaedic emergencies. Thanks to Dr. Shivalik Kapoor.

One of the worst places to visit for treatment. There’s a complete lack of responsibility from the hospital staff when it comes to patient care and time management. If they give you an appointment at 12:00 PM, be prepared to wait until 4:00 PM or even longer and this seems to be a regular practice, not an exception. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Patient name : Reena, w/o Harsh( heres the patient details before you cab refute that we were never a patient) Dr. Shivani is the worst doctor we could have chosen. We tragically lost our baby boy, and we still deeply regret our decision to trust her as our gynecologist. 1) They never give timely appointments, leaving you to wait for hours, regardless of your situation. My 8-month pregnant sister-in-law had to sit and wait for 6 hours! 2) At 32 weeks, when my sister-in-law started bleeding, I called Dr. Shivani and her office multiple times between 9 am and 11 am to ask what we should do and where we should take her. There was no response. In a panic, I had to make the decision myself and rush her to another hospital. 3) Dr. Shivani knew my sister-in-law had placenta previa and was at high risk for preterm delivery. Despite this, she never informed us about the importance of administering corticosteroid injections between 28 to 32 weeks to help mature the baby's lungs. Right after 32 weeks, we had to rush for an emergency delivery, and our baby’s lungs were not developed. If only she had given us this crucial information in time. 4) Initially, she may seem like she isn’t money-minded, but our experience proved otherwise. Even after knowing that my sister-in-law could have a medical emergency at any moment, Dr. Shivani, at the 32-week scan, told us to come back in two weeks. At that point, she said she would tell us which hospital to go to for the C-section. It was shocking to hear that she didn’t have the facility or expertise to handle our case, but instead of guiding us earlier, she wanted one more visit from us to earn another consultation fee. She may speak sweetly, but all we got from her was false hope and misguidance.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at JK Hospital, Janakpuri, where my baby was born. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and professional, ensuring that both baby and the mother received the best care possible. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. I highly recommend JK Hospital to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Special Thanks to Dr. Shivani ma’am. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Shivani ma’am for her exceptional care and expertise throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made all the difference. We are truly grateful for her support and guidance during this special time in our lives.

Waiting time is too long. I visited this place with my wife. We sat there for 3 & 1/2 hours without any clue when will our turn comes. Any random people are getting there is not number system, token or list who is going after whom. If it is a private facility and charging a fee (which is Rs 700) then there should be order or structured Very unorganised. There were three staff were on the desk to register the patient but no one (out of this three) was guiding patient properly. After sitting for long time we left without seeing the doctor. The government hospitals are better managed than this. The doctor time is very weird 12 pm to 5pm. What people do if they have a work. If you want to visit this take a one day off and have a lot of patient only then visit this place.

I am please to say I was a patient here. Your facility, doctors and care is 100% the best(unsung heros). Best of care to those who visit you♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Worst Experience very very worst services and experience... In regards booking of appointment. No ethics, No discipline, No rules No time, no guidelines. Worst services offered at reception. No time schedule at all. I truly respect doctors over there but support staff is ridiculous no Support. Within 60 seconds 20 patients bookings confirmed how is it possible. Almost 3 members are sitting with single phone than how can 20 patients bookings can be concluded. Please make some discipline in your services, All patients are dependent on you and for your services. If anyone faces any problem they will burst you all. I would never suggest to go to JK hospital for any treatment, No manners to speak.

There are moments in life that recalibrate everything you thought you knew about gratitude — April 3rd was ours. When we first walked into JK Hospital, my wife and I were carrying equal parts excitement and trepidation. Nine months is a long journey, and you need people who don't just treat you as another file number. Dr. Shivani Singh Kapoor turned out to be so much more than a gynecologist... she became our anchor through every trimester, every anxious ultrasound, every midnight phone call we probably shouldn't have made but did anyway. What struck us from the very first consultation was the sheer belongingness she brought into the room. Not the perfunctory "everything looks fine" you brace yourself for at most clinics. She sat with us. Explained things. Drew diagrams when my wife had questions. Made us feel like our concerns — however trivial — were never an imposition. That kind of equanimity in a profession where burnout is almost occupational is, frankly, extraordinary. The delivery itself was handled with a composure I can only describe as reassuring. In those hours where your world narrows down to one room and one heartbeat on the monitor, you want someone whose competence is matched by their compassion. Dr. Shivani was exactly that person. And then our daughter arrived. 3rd April, 2026. The postpartum guidance was equally meticulous — breastfeeding support, recovery advice, mental health check-ins for my wife that most doctors don't even think to offer. Nothing was an afterthought. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Dr. Abhishek Nair, the pediatrician, whose warmth with our newborn made us feel our daughter was in the safest hands possible. The entire nursing staff, the support team — everyone at JK Hospital operated with a synchronicity that spoke of genuine institutional culture, not just individual brilliance. To Dr. Shivani and the entire team: you gave us the most precious chapter of our lives. We walked in as two people. We walked out as a family. That is no small thing. That is everything.
