Very Disappointing Experience at Arogya Hospital My overall experience at Arogya Hospital was extremely disappointing, especially with Dr. Anjali Chaudhary and her team during my wife’s delivery. On 21 May 2026, my wife had severe labour pain and we visited the hospital multiple times in the same day. Each time, we were told it was “false pain” and that there was nothing to worry about. Despite my wife repeatedly saying that the pain felt different, we were not given the confidence or clarity we expected. Later that evening, we were left to decide whether to proceed with a C-section or wait for a normal delivery. As first-time parents, this was an extremely stressful situation. We finally decided to proceed with the C-section. During the surgery, we were told that the baby had passed meconium, and our baby had to stay in the NICU for two days. By God’s grace, both my wife and daughter are healthy today, and I am extremely grateful for that. My biggest concern is: when a pregnant woman comes to the hospital multiple times in one day with severe and unusual pain, shouldn’t proper fetal monitoring or an ultrasound be considered before repeatedly calling it “false pain”? I am not a doctor, but as a husband and first-time father, I felt that the situation could have been assessed much more carefully. The staff after delivery was supportive, but overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Arogya Hospital for delivery. My sincere advice to Dr. Anjali Chaudhary: Please listen carefully to patients, avoid dismissing their concerns, and ensure proper investigations when a pregnant woman repeatedly presents with significant pain. I hope no other family has to experience the fear and stress that we went through. Thankfully, by God’s grace, my wife and daughter are safe and healthy.

I had a great experience at this hoapital. All docotrs were very knowlegable and very experienced specially Dr. Anjali mam. She is the best gynae in the world. She is available every time. I had a deeply heartbreaking experience with Dr. Anjali during my pregnancy. Her behaviour was consistently rude and insensitive, and she never gave proper attention to the problems I shared. During my eighth month, my amniotic fluid level reportedly dropped to less than 5, but I feel my condition was not given adequate attention or that I was properly guided about further evaluation. No ultrasound was performed in my ninth month. After my C-section, I was discharged without a clear explanation of my baby's condition. Tragically, my baby passed away just two days after birth. When I raised my concerns, I felt that the doctor dismissed them and treated me without compassion. Losing my baby was devastating, and the lack of communication and support made it even more painful. **My advice to other mothers is not to place blind trust in any doctor, including Dr. Anjali. Please ask questions, seek clarification, and consider a second medical opinion when something feels wrong. I did not feel that she showed the sensitivity and compassion that pregnant mothers deserve.** Every mother deserves proper medical attention, timely monitoring, respectful behaviour, and clear information about her baby's health. I hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously.
