I would highly recommend my favourite Dr Anjali Chaudhary for guiding me through out my pregnancy journey. Also I’m beyond grateful to the entire team for making my delivery such a smooth and positive experience. The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and well cared for throughout my stay.

Aarogya Hospital is a good choice for baby delivery, and I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Anjali for her excellent care and professionalism. However, apart from the doctor's support, my overall experience with the hospital services was very disappointing. If you are not a TPA (insurance) patient and are paying your bills in cash, it feels like you are treated differently. Even for medicines, no one delivers them to your room—you have to repeatedly visit the in-house pharmacy Even if you press the call bell from the patient room, no one responds. You have to walk to the nurses' or doctors' counter yourself to inform them about the issue. Basic facilities are also poorly managed—for example, drinking water glasses are kept only at the water counter instead of being available in patient rooms. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for patients and their attendants. It was a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. Most of the staff, except Dr. Umesh, displayed an unprofessional attitude and lacked basic courtesy. This was one of the worst hospital experiences I have had I hope Dr. Umesh and the hospital management look into these service issues seriously. Improving staff behavior and patient care is essential; otherwise, the hospital risks losing patients despite having good doctors.

NIGHTMARISH There must be umpteen Doctors/Gynaecologists available out there who provide you with great diagnosis and have impeccable treatment records but there are very few who meaningfully add value to this noble profession by being empathetic, affectionate and respectful to the patient and their attendants, to say the least. But, this is NOT the case either with Dr. Anjali Chaudhary or the management of AAROGYA HOSPITAL, especially the owner. The delivery experience of our first child, which could and should have been a smooth one, was almost made a NIGHTMARE by the uncaring, irresponsible and completely unprofessional attitude of Dr. Chaudhary, her juniors, the nursing staff and the other hospital staff. Despite their unavoidable delays and mistakes in medical procedures, they, instead of being apologetic and humble, misbehaved like HELL with my pregnant wife and our parents too. The ARROGANCE and ILL-CONDUCT of Dr. CHAUDHARY clearly overshadows her knowledge and expertise. It’s in India only, where such fancy hospitals, which may provide you with latest infrastructure, lack badly in service, attitude, professionalism and basic courtesy and this needs to be highlighted more frequently. Even tens of pages may not be sufficient to describe the harrowing experience that we had with DR. ANJALI & AAROGYA during delivery of my wife & even during discharge (harassment by delaying the discharge and making the baby and mother wait for more than an hour), which marred all the expectations of my wife and our family. So, to cut short, to all the EXPECTING MOTHERS and their families, if you want to keep your dignity & self-respect intact and want a peaceful, beautiful and smooth delivery experience, please explore all available options nearby before stepping into AAROGYA HOSPITAL (let it be the last resort only). I and my wife are still regretting the decision to go here (only because it was recommended by a close family Physician and was nearby our home) even when we had various other much professional Hospitals available as options. STAY SAFE.

She has been very supportive from the beginning till the safe delivery of our little one with such warmth and expertise.
