Aarogya Multi Speciality Hospital in East Delhi

I am very thankful to the doctor Anjali ma'am and her team, nursing staff, and the entire hospital team for the safe normal delivery of my baby boy. The doctor was calm, supportive, and explained everything clearly. The staff was caring, attentive, and always helpful. The hospital was clean and well-managed. Overall, it was a very positive and comforting experience. Highly recommended.

To, The SHO Preet Vihar Delhi Subject: Complaint Against Aarogya Hospital for Misguiding Us and Generating Excessive Medical Bills Respected Sir/Madam, I, Nisha, wife of Mr. Rohan Kumar, wish to lodge a complaint against Aarogya Hospital for misleading us, forcing us to deposit money despite assurance of cashless treatment, and generating unnecessary and excessive medical bills. On 20 May 2026, my husband, Mr. Rohan Kumar, visited Aarogya Hospital due to severe loose motion and vomiting. At the reception, he informed the hospital staff about his medical condition. After examination, the doctor advised him to get admitted to the hospital. My husband clearly informed the hospital staff that he wanted treatment under the cashless insurance facility because we did not have sufficient money. The hospital staff took his insurance policy documents and submitted them to the TPA department. After some time, the hospital staff informed us that the cashless request would be approved. However, despite assuring us regarding the cashless facility, the hospital staff demanded Rs. 10,000 as a security deposit, stating that approval would take time. My husband requested them to accept Rs. 5,000 because we were financially weak, but the hospital staff clearly refused and insisted that only Rs. 10,000 must be deposited. Somehow, with great difficulty, my husband and I arranged and deposited Rs. 10,000. Only after taking this amount, the hospital admitted my husband. Thereafter, the hospital applied for cashless approval from the insurance company, but the request was declined. When we came to know about this, we became extremely worried. The hospital staff then told us not to worry and stated that they would apply again with a “stronger case.” However, the second request was also declined. Even after both claims were rejected, the hospital continued increasing the medical bills day by day. On the morning of 22 May 2026, the doctor again advised us to get a CT Scan done and stated that swelling might appear in the report and that they would present a stronger case before the insurance company. We strongly feel that we were being misguided only to increase the hospital bill unnecessarily. As of 21 May 2026, the hospital bill had already exceeded Rs. 43,000, excluding the charges for 22 May 2026, which have not yet been added. Our financial condition is very poor, and we are not in a position to pay such a huge amount. We also contacted our insurance agent and insurance company to understand why our claim was rejected. We were informed that, according to the insurance company, there was no medical necessity for hospital admission in this case. This clearly shows that the hospital unnecessarily admitted my husband, misled us regarding the insurance approval, and kept generating excessive bills for their own benefit. Due to the actions of the hospital, we are facing severe mental stress, harassment, and financial hardship. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly investigate this matter and take strict legal action against the concerned hospital authorities for misleading us and exploiting our financial situation during a medical emergency. I shall be highly thankful for your support and justice. Yours faithfully, I had a very disappointing experience with Aarogya Hospital. In my opinion, the hospital seems more focused on making money than genuinely caring for patients. The staff behavior was not supportive, and the overall management felt unprofessional. I was unhappy with the treatment and services provided, which is why I even had to file a police complaint regarding my experience. I would not recommend this hospital to others based on what I went through.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Umesh Varma. He is polite, confident and highly experienced in treating gastrointestinal problems. He explained my reports clearly and suggested the right treatment without confusion

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Anjali Chaudhary, She helped me throughout my pregnancy journey , I had miscarriage in the past , She understood the past history and gave us treatment which makes my pregnancy journey so smooth, will recommend the hospital and doctor both if you want a normal delivery.

There was a problem to my wife of uterus we was in very trouble for the last ten years then we met one day to Dr. Anjali Chaudhary in Aarogya hospital chitra vihar doctor anjali operated this problem and we get relief of this problem behaviour of dr anjali Chaudhary and dr mansi is very good very polite and helpful. Behaviour of staff also very good and cooperative we are very happy after surgery and recovery.
