Aarogya Multi Speciality Hospital in East Delhi

This is the worst hospital you should ever visit. The doctors in emergency are trained here to treat patients as cash cows. I was going through a panic attack and I went in emergency ward. I was not able to breathe properly, having palpitations etc. But doctors there were more focussed to admit me to ICU. I asked them to give some medicine but they were continuously saying you have to admit to ICU. I think hospital owners have trained the staff well on how to make money rather than treating the patients correctly. You’re in a noble profession, have some respect for this. I don’t want to name the Doctor here but to my surprise she was a lady with no emotions & empathy. Also, when we refused to be admitted to ICU they asked us to go out and sit in lobby. I was not able to breathe properly still continuously their staff was coming and telling me to leave the emergency bed. Worst experience ever…

Dr Umesh Verma is brilliant doctor and all staff is good . Dr Danish and Nursing sister Maya they care my mother like own mother.Its a surprise for me that anyone can care there patient like a family member. Before admited in hospital i very scare for mother health how they will care. Dr Umesh,Dr Saad,Dr Danish fully explained report and clear my all doubts... It's a superb Private hospital one of the Delhi, NCR..

When I came to see my sister in law. I have noticed two things. 1. There was storage of stagnant water in the corner of hospital where lift meant to be built but due to rain or sewage issue water gathered at one place. I don't understand people come here for the treatment of dengue. How come the hospital is so negligible for this. 2. Discrimination among staff: I saw a boy of 20 to 21 years old who seems a cleaner as he was cleaning the ICU and other places of hospital. When it was lunch time. All the other staff gets to eat in Ac rooms. But this guy was eating on stairs all alone. This shows the inequality among the staff. The hospital management look into it and must create one place for everyone to eat.

Without you it would not have been possible to have both my boys (7 years apart) through normal delivery. Your sheer dedication to help your patients achieve their desired result is so inspiring. My little one weighed more than 4.5 kgs, and seemed nearly impossible to be delivered normally. But you and your dedicated staff not only reassured me to hold on but also safely delivered my baby ( an unbelievable feat for sure!) So thank you soooo very much Ma'am!! You are a true Rockstar!!
