I visited Dr. Saurav for cataract surgery of my mother. But this Dr has no manners. He address everyone with tu. I was surprised to see how can someone be so ill-mannered. I didn't visit him again and nor will ever advise anyone to visit him.

Very good physiotherapy treatment and supportive staff. The therapist explained all exercises clearly and helped in pain relief and recovery. Clean environment and caring doctors. Satisfied with the treatment and overall experience

Very disappointing experience. The staff appeared inexperienced and lacked professionalism. The behavior of some employees was rude and unhelpful, which made the visit stressful. Patients deserve respectful communication and better support. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.

Avoid at all costs. The receptionists here are pathetic and rude, they are sitting only for arguing with and offending patients. Government hospitals are better than this place. We visited for an eye emergency. The doctor did not even inspect the issue thoroughly, just gave a bunch of useless medicines, while a pharmacist gave a better solution. Imagine the incompetence.
