At the time of surgery doctor gave anaesthesia. But doctor forgot to check the patient that patient The doctor gave anesthesia to the patient and the doctor forgot to check that patient was in conscious or not and directly made a cut on his stomach? And then left the patient, this is his negligence.

Need more updation- 1. Lab reports not providing immediately or with in 2 hours. Every type of test report came in the evening only. 2. Hygenic washrooms available here. Not any soap/tissue paper/towel provided for hand wash of patients. 3. Medicines to patients not put near by there bed. Nurse put the medicines with themselves. Patients caretaker cant see what type of medicines is giving to patients. 4.
