Our first baby delivery was super amazing with the help of Dr. Meenakshi Singla who along with the efforts of super cooperative nursing staff and doctors helped my wife in a normal delivery avoiding c-section. Kudos to Anuradha ma'am for all the motivation she gave my wife for the normal delivery. Will recommend them to all my near and dear ones.

As a proud father, I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with NeoNest Hospital and Dr. Deepika Taneja, where we welcomed our beautiful baby girl on April 9, 2024, via C-section. The entire journey, from the delivery to the care provided in the days following, was truly outstanding. The medical team at NeoNest Hospital is second to none. The obstetrician Dr. Deepika Taneja performed the C-section with incredible expertise and precision, ensuring my wife was comfortable and well-informed throughout the procedure. Their professionalism and calm approach gave us immense confidence during what could have been a very stressful time. Our daughter needed to spend five days in the hospital's advanced NICU. The NICU staff demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, constantly monitoring her progress and providing top-notch medical attention. Their kindness and compassion were evident in every interaction, and they took the time to explain her condition and the care plan in detail, which was incredibly reassuring for us as parents. The nursing staff in both the NICU and the maternity ward were phenomenal. They were always available to answer our questions, offer support, and ensure both my wife and daughter were well taken care of. Their empathy and understanding made a significant difference during our stay, creating a comforting and supportive environment. NeoNest Hospital's facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The emergency services are available 24/7, which gives me peace of mind. I had to visit once, and the response was quick and efficient. The team handled everything professionally, which was very reassuring.

I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at The Neonest Hospital during my wife’s recent delivery. Unfortunately, this hospital appears to be entirely money-minded and shows little concern for the patient’s financial situation or transparency in their dealings. I chose this hospital because it was listed under my insurance provider (Vidal Health TPA). However, from the beginning, I was misled by Ms. Anuradha regarding the package for C-section delivery. She initially quoted ₹90,000 despite the hospital having tie-ups with multiple TPAs and the package being covered under my policy. Although my TPA gave cashless approval within 10 minutes, at the time of discharge, the hospital suddenly demanded ₹55,000 extra and presented a fake inflated bill of ₹1.2 lakh. Only after multiple discussions with my TPA advisor—who explained the GIPSA agreement and the contractual obligations between health providers and the hospital—did they reluctantly accept my policy. Adding to our trauma, the hospital unnecessarily admitted my newborn baby to NICU despite no evident critical issues. They delayed handing over the test reports, and after persistent follow-ups, I received the documents, which clearly showed no justification for phototherapy or intensive care. To top it all off, I was presented with an additional ₹62,000 bill for the baby’s 2.5-day NICU stay, again with no valid explanation. This experience left me shocked and helpless during what should have been one of the happiest moments of my life. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with this hospital, especially if you are going via insurance. Please double-check every detail, ask for written breakdowns, and do not hesitate to involve your TPA representatives early in the process.

I am so disappointed that at least I have to give 1 star this is totally unfair, I would request you all to go through my review and prepare yourself before going there: I am deeply disturbed by the treatment I received at this hospital. Shortly after the birth of my child, the hospital staff insisted on admitting the newborn to the NICU without providing a clear or justifiable medical reason. When I questioned this decision, I was forcibly taken to a separate room where 6–7 individuals surrounded me, and I felt they might physically assault me in an attempt to intimidate and coerce compliance. I was terrified and shocked by what transpired. To make matters worse, I was later told to take my one-day-old child and leave, with the staff stating that they would no longer take responsibility for the baby’s care. Dr. Nikhil, in particular, was extremely unprofessional and used inappropriate and non-professional language directly to my face. The hospital manager, Ms. Anuradha, initially admitted to certain actions and gave one version of events, but later completely denied what she had previously said, showing a clear lack of honesty and accountability. It is alarming to note that every newborn seems to be admitted to the NICU as a default practice, raising serious concerns about the hospital’s intent and possible financial exploitation. Everything I’ve stated here is based on my personal experience and is entirely true. I strongly urge concerned authorities to investigate this facility thoroughly. For the safety and well-being of patients and their families, I sincerely recommend others avoid this hospital altogether. The only wise and good treatment which can be considered is with Deepika Taneja.
