Useless hospital. Staff got no knowledge of rightful procedure for handling small children. Rather they will make you go into bureaucratic circles of paper making and fees payment and all topics are left to untalented paramedic staff with no doctors in sight for supervising the treatment. Bitter experience of taking my kid to this hospital. Came out with no solution rather only pain given to my kid.

As far as the management is concerned, not much happy with their administration. They have kept the name as Neonest which is related to mother and child but they give you rooms with gents also in sharing whereas it should be related to gynaec only. Careless staff, dont do follow up with the doc properly .

My visit to [neonest hospital] was far from what I expected. The wait time was ridiculous, and there was no communication or updates from staff. When I was seen, the staff’s behavior was not professional, and it felt like I was just another patient to get through quickly. I was also shocked by unexpected charges on my bill, including charges for extra medication and procedures I didn’t ask for. The doctor’s appointment was rushed, and I didn’t get the proper time or care. I won’t be coming back."

This is the best hospital, with the most humble staff. I was 4 months pregnant when I consulted Dr. Deepika Taneja ma'am, and she handled everything so naturally. Being overweight, I never thought I could have a normal delivery, but Deepika ma'am, Akansha ma'am, and all the staff were so cooperative that I didn't feel like I was in a hospital. And I had a successful normal delivery ,I highly recommend this hospital for its exceptional care and humble staff.🥰

My experience with Neonest has been excellent from the start.. I started my pregnancy journey under Dr Deepika Taneja; her diligence , care and attention to details helped me deliver a healthy baby girl nearly painless (normal delivery). The whole staff on my consultation visits were very helping and friendly(special mention to Beena who helped a lot) .This helped create a bond with them and knowing familiar faces helped ease anxiety of hospital admission. The nursing and housing keeping staff during delivery and post partum were very caring and ensured a smooth experience overall. Loads of gratitude and good luck to the whole team 😇🤰🙏

My baby was admitted under supervision of Dr. Nikhil Vinayak. Really had a great experience during this phase.

The frequent unavailability of doctors on time in the Emergency and OPD is concerning. Long delays compromise patient care, especially in critical situations. Better scheduling and punctuality are needed. The hospital must prioritize timely medical attention. Hoping for immediate improvements. I suggest not to visit this hospital.

I had an incredible experience at Neonest Hospital for the delivery of our baby. The staff is exceptional, and Dr. Deepika is a true gem - supportive, caring, intelligent, and highly knowledgeable. 5 star for ma'am and 5star for staff and hospital! Highly recommended.

My wife just gave birth to my beautiful Son. I am thankful to the whole team at Neonest hospital. Great hospitality and support from every person. This typical 500 yard main road kothi converted into a hospital is a mixture of good & bad.. Bad thing is cleaners & helping staff who won't help mothers with cleaning toddlers suffering from extreme diarrhoea at night, you have to constantly ask them for basic things they should do on their own .. There are slight niggles & tone issues with floor in charge whether its day team or night.. Work is done but you have to get it out of them by complaining.. The good thing is its newness, ER doctor team response & tpa/billing staff . nursing team is also polite & courteous.. In short if you are expecting fortis or Ganga ram equivalent care its not that good, its just ok ok.. good enough for consultation or daycare facility, bad enough to avoid admission for 2-3 days..
