Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff member and Dr were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Nurse ASHA took her time to take care in my condition, she has good expertise in her profession. I had a great visit and the staf demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Neonest to my known. thanks Asha and all staff members for your great support!

I was impressed by how organized everything was during my visit. From check-in to discharge, every step was handled smoothly. The staff worked seamlessly to provide great service.

Would say all the faculty members working over here are really cooperative and knowledgeable. They have all the necessary equipments required for a new born baby. My new born baby got admitted here at NICU as he was diagnosed with an infection and that got severe within a few days and had to undergo treatment of almost a month. The best thing I would like to emphasize is the isolation and observation they provide to the babies for recovery as no one is allowed to stay long over here. Doctors and nurses keep babies with full care with no reluctance.

Unfortunately, the experience at Neonest Hospital fell far short of what one expects from a reputable medical facility. The lack of organization, communication issues, and financial concerns overshadowed any positive aspects. I would strongly advise considering alternative hospitals for a more patient-centered and coordinated experience. Disappointing Care Behind a Shiny Facade!

I Neeraj Bhatt came to the Neonest Hospital, Prashant Vihar, for delivery of my wife Anjali Bhatt. Dr. Ankita Mago refer us to come to the Neonest Hospital, Here we blessed with a beautiful Baby Girl. All the staff here is very very good supportive, specifically Sis pooja taking care of my wife and my newly daughter like a family. I would like to say special thanks to Sister Pooja Yadav. Sometimes life gave you a rough time, I also faced that time when my baby was born at 28 weeks with a weight of 1260gm. Being sceptical everything I was so disheartened to see the condition of my baby. But kudos to neonest team my experience with them was amazing. whole team of neonest took care of my baby like there own.special thanks to Dr. Meenu , Dr. Nikhil and all the nursing staff for taking care of my baby. I felt sort of words but i always pray no mother should feel this kind of situation but in case anyone need such care for there child you can blindly choose neonest. At last thanku Anuradha mam and Sanjay sir for being the greatest support ❤️❤️

Worst and worst hospital ever, every staff here is just rude for no reason literally no reason, if someone plays music in patient room and you ask staff to get it off, staff says “itni dikkat thi to private room lena tha na” like its hospital i didn’t knew that its also a club where music is expected to be played, also Ground staff like GDA and helping nurses will give you a look and laugh on you without any reason that too in front of you itself, went there only for dr. Deepika, no complaint regarding her, But except her, other staffs are just rude for no reason, we can easily find well mannered and better staff in government hospital,

I am the father of kavish koli and I have experienced that the Doctor and the nursing staff is best and Doctor Nikhil is the best Doctor for the child in this area. The way to deals the problem with child and their parents are incredible. I also observed that this hospitals is neat and clean. Overall I am very much satisfied.

Today, I visited Neonest Hospital because my 3-year-old daughter was suffering from fever and vomiting. I paid 1,200 INR fee for emergency consultation, and it took approximately half an hour for Doctor to come in emergency Room to examine my daughter.After the consultation for a minute , Doctor told me that my daughter needed to be admitted to the hospital but did not discuss her diagnosis or the proposed treatment plan. At the cash counter, I was instructed to deposit 10,000 INR to initiate treatment. After making the payment, it took another half hour for them to begin treatment. A member of the paramedical staff then informed me that, according to hospital protocol, parents are not allowed to be present while inserting an IV line (enjocaff). About five staff members entered the room and closed the door, leaving me outside. I could hear my daughter screaming for about 10 minutes. When I knocked on the door and entered, I saw that no IV line had been inserted yet, and there was a bottle of blood in the room. When they saw me, they tried to conceal the bottle. At that point, I decided to take my daughter to some other hospital and requested a refund. Despite paying 11,200 INR, I was only refunded 9,600 INR, and that too after my brother and sister insisted on it. I strongly advise against visiting such hospitals without a reliable reference. They lack basic humanity and seem more focused on generating revenue than caring for their patients' health. This experience has left me deeply disheartened and disappointed. Even now, I am moved to tears when I recall how my 3-year-old daughter was in the hands of such uncaring individuals. I will sincerely pray & hope that those who caused my daughter such distress will one day understand the pain they inflicted, and that they too encounter the same lack of compassion when their loved ones are in need of care.
