I can't describe my feelings here in words... Donot take your kids or infants to this hospital in any emergency. I took my crying baby to this nearby hospital at 2 am on a Thursday night. Before visiting this place i made a call to ensure if a child specialist/ pediatrician is available at this hour to which they ensured. When i reach hospital instead of attending my crying baby they first send you to basement for OPD billing . Then they take you to second floor where there is a Half Drunk or Asleep person whom they call Dr . RAGHUVIR SAINI. Firstly he didnt looked like a doctor and was not in his own senses . When i explained him about why my baby is crying for 2 hours ( mostly because of stomach pain ) he failed to response . Then i showed him the colic drops i gave to which he made a confusing face . But then he asked me in yawning / sleeping very low volume , BABY ADMIT KAB SE HAI ? I lost it I asked him did you not hear what i just said . Me and my wife went away instantly . That doctor is not suitable to look after any baby. It felt like a nurse or a ward boy is wearing a doctors jacket . To which the hospital is making money. They did refund my money but when it comes to new parenting, such careless doctors should not be allowed to see any OPD patients .
