People are very nice, helpful and compassionate. Especially Dr. Azad, he has become my one stop consulting doctor. 24x7 operational, this hospital has become my go-to emergency hospital in South Delhi.

Worst for eye examination. They took 200 rupees just for a single drop of pupil dilator. Just looting is going in the hospital from the public

However, there is one person, either a ward boy or a doctor (I’m not sure), who is extremely rude and has no manners in the way he speaks. Because of this one person, I am giving a lower rating. I am writing this review regarding the Physiotherapy Room at Rural Medicare Centre. While the treatment quality and staff behavior are genuinely good, the condition of the physiotherapy room is extremely uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. The room becomes highly suffocating due to excessive heat, especially during treatment sessions. There is no proper cooling arrangement such as an AC or even a cooler, which makes it very difficult for patients to sit comfortably — particularly elderly patients, people with pain issues, and those already dealing with health problems. A healthcare facility should maintain a basic comfortable environment for patients. The management is requested to kindly arrange an air conditioner or at least a proper cooler in the physiotherapy room as soon as possible. Patient comfort should not be ignored. That being said, I would still like to appreciate Mrs. Sunita and the physiotherapy staff for their polite behavior, supportive nature, and sincere efforts toward patient care. The doctor is also knowledgeable and professional in treatment and guidance. The services are good, but the facility conditions urgently need improvement.

Bakwas hospital hai plz koi mat jana ,isko sirf test Kara ke apni jeb bharni hai na ultrasound karne ki nowlege hai staff ko ,or na x,ray ki , rate bhi mahanga hai davaiyan bhi mahangi hai sari, rs 200 har bar jab bhi Jao doctor Ko dikhane ke do uske bad doctor (Medha)yaha sirf logon ke paise lootane ke liye baithi hui hai sirf test karati Hai sare test pure Ho jaane ke bad bolate Hain Ham aapka ilaaj nahin kar sakte Ham aapko Bata dete Hain aap vahan chale jao vahan chale jao bakwas hospital hai ya koi mat Jana please pachtaoge . Kahin private mein dikha lo bhai aur 200,400 jyada lag jaate Hain Magar vah log aapko knowledge acchi dete Hain aur Sara bahar se test likhate Hain unka Koi usmein Lena Dena nahin hota, yahan per sab apni jeb bharane ke liye baithe inko apni machinon ke paise pure karne bus aur kuchh nahin Hai. Jin testo ka koi matlab nahin hota aapane kara rakhi hai ya nahin yah bolate Hain ki Ham to apni hi ke manenge dubara karane padenge aur karane ke bad bolate Hain Ham aapka ilaaj nahin kar sakte aap dusri jagah chale jao. I visited Rural Medicare Center for physiotherapy treatment. The staff members were polite and supportive, and the doctor was also good and professional. My overall experience with the treatment was decent. However, there is one major issue that should be improved, especially during summer. The physiotherapy room becomes extremely hot, and there is no AC or cooler facility available. I went for physiotherapy twice, but because of the excessive heat, it became very uncomfortable to continue the sessions. I would request the management to please provide an AC or at least a cooler in the physiotherapy room for patients’ comfort. It will greatly improve the experience for everyone visiting during hot weather.

I appreciate their behavior and support. But honestly, the management is seriously neglecting basic patient comfort. The physiotherapy room is extremely hot during summer, and shockingly there is no AC or even a cooler available. Physiotherapy patients are already dealing with pain and discomfort, and making them sit in such unbearable heat is completely unacceptable. I went only single time for physiotherapy, but the condition of the room was so uncomfortable that I could not continue my sessions. It is disappointing that despite charging patients for treatment, the management cannot arrange even basic cooling facilities. The management should take this issue seriously and immediately provide AC or cooler facilities in the physiotherapy room. Patient comfort should not be ignored like this.
