One of the best hospitals of Delhi,infact of India which is for public. All the Dr. and staffs are caring, professionals. As a stakeholders, it is also my duty to express where services and vision of this hospital spreads and turns out to be model for others. For better services and efficiency Registration counter could be expanded and unnecessary rushes and lining could be avoided and staff for sake of supervision stands idol inside registration counter room. The staff was incredibly caring and professional. The hospital was very clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The doctors explained everything clearly, and I was kept comfortable before and after the procedure.

Sunita mam and Renu mam are exceptional physiotherapists who bring not only skill but also kindness and dedication to their work. They treat every patient with care and patience, making the recovery process much more comfortable. Their positive attitude and professionalism are truly inspiring. I’ve learned from them that doing work with joy makes a big difference, and I hope to apply the same in my life. Highly recommend their services!

It's 3rd class hospital at now. Waiting for check up last 1hour above staff enter those guys who is not in a que. We are paid 130 ruppes for check it's a negligence of hospital.who not care about. Patient are waiting. But no matter. who can take care for us. See timing..any one have any answer. We are ref Dr toor who take care for us 12years and now totally irritated. I had a very disappointing experience today at the hospital with Dr. Divya Kumari (Gynecologist). My wife and I had a confirmed appointment scheduled two days in advance and we were clearly informed that the doctor would be available between 09:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We arrived at 11:30 AM well within the given time slot. To our surprise the reception staff informed us that Dr. Divya Kumari had already left the hospital for the day—without any prior notice or communication. We did not receive any call, message or update about the change. What was even more frustrating is that many other patients were also waiting with scheduled appointments only to be told that the doctor had left. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and poor coordination on the hospital's part. When patients take time out especially for important consultations related to gynecology they deserve proper care and timely communication. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and puts better systems in place to avoid such experiences in the future.
