I am a 31 year old female and I was given pediatric dose of preventive Hepatitis A vaccine Avaxim instead of the adult dose. In spite of bringing this to the nurse's attention, I was convinced that this was the dose administered to all patients. On checking later, I realized that I got only half the dose and it is now invalid. I would never go to this hospital again. It is all show with no substance.

If u are going for Dr ashok rajgopal, please don't go. He is impatient doctor and not listens to patient and keep behaving very rudely. Charges are very high not recommended at all.

One of the best hospitals, excellent doctors & medical staff. Oflate we have visited this hospital for getting covid vaccine to our father. And everything was well managed & comfortable. Special thanks to Chandan ji & Dr. Naila for extending their support.

Dr Deepak is not only a doctor ! But an extremely down to earth person as well as lovable human being ! You call him up at 3:00 in the morning and he would still do whatever possible thing anyone can do for a patient ! Never charges extra and there are people who are just jealous because of the fact that he treats people with love ! Thank you the bottom of my heart for being there for my family 🙏🏻

As a facility this is one of the best for a complete experience however their charges are exorbitant (1800/- +) you seek appointment with Dr Sehgal but most often meet junior docs for the same consultantation amount; and you need to keep going back because all information is not provided in one go. Below are the pros and cons: Pro: - one facility that has everything: ultrasound, blood test etc - manned by women so there is a comfort level which is amazing - docs and staff make you really comfortable Con - supremely expensive - you pay for Dr Sehgals time and you meet the junior doctors at that high a consultation which is not fair! - you keep paying for things additionally, went for a consultation and got an USG and paid much higher - lack of communication and punctuality: I always found it hard to get an appointment and when I did and turned up (i would travel from Ggn to Delhi) id always had to wait 30-3 hrs. There were times I had reached only to know timings had changed and no one informed - information is always provided in piecemeal and the entire picture is not ever presented at one go; so you keeping going back for smallest of things - there is no personal touch, each time you go n take your reports you end up having to explain what your case was and then go through same conversations etc which is frustrating - treatment is never about understanding a patients mindset but always being snooty and high handed. First consultation I was asked to be sure before I came in for consultation (because I was hesitating with answers) on raising issues, I was haughtily told I was taking our my anger - during treatment I kept in touch via WA and the entire experience was tedious since I had to remind her each time which Patient I am and what was my case - at each step a new test was introduced and never told in advance what the entire process was. I used to be a big supporter of Phoenix but the high handedness of doctors cause unnecessary anxiety and waste precious time of patients.

Blessed with a baby girl on 10th Dec,15 under the guidance of Dr. Urvashi Sehgal, the best doctor, I have ever met. Having a normal delivery this time after a Cesarean could not be possible without her.It was only because of her support, experience, knowledge and the excellent quality of her staff , that my second child was delivered in a normal way.Also, the method she follows throughout and after is incredible.I felt so much warmth and love possible.

Day one appointment was at 3 pm able to meet the doctor at 5:30 pm. Consultation charges 1500 plus 300 registration.( people was not aware when doctor gonna come 3pm to 5:30 they kept on saying two more mints two more mints) Second visit also chargeable even doctor said that we should go for few test and then come back . Again : appointment was at 3 pm able to meet doctor at 5:15. Waiting area to much noise staff phone is ringing like anything no body has put there phone on vibrator mode.

Have had a bad experience with Dr.Neelima Gupta. She is only bothered about her fees and makes you visit her again and again even to prescribe one tablet (even when she knew that I would have to travel for 2 hours from Ghaziabad to meet her - thats four hours both ways!!!). She takes too much commission from HSG Lab (Uppal). Usual procedure which they charge Rs.5000, they will charge Rs.9000-10000 if you are her patient. She always insists we visit her ultrasonologist only (they are all men!!), even if you tell her that you are more comfortable with a female. They dont think about the patients pain or comfort. Really tired with her!! After wasting so much money in tests, meds and treatments, no results till now. If you only want money, please charge Rs.3000 per consultation, patients will still give you money, just dont make patients suffer like his for your own benefit!

Everything you can ever expect in a Mother and Child specialty hospital...the doctors, the care giving team, state of the art equipment, various birthing options, pre-post natal wellness activities...you name it you have it. Dr. Urvashi and her team are there for you 24x7. You are greeted with warm smiling faces every time...the personal attention and caring puts Phoenix a notch above all.

I experienced a water birth in Phoenix, thanks to Dr Urvashi and Divya Deswal who proposed me this option, and who made everything to make it possible. It was a marvelous and unique moment: relaxing water, intimacy, peace, no noise, quiet room with few lights, Divya's fantastic massages, this birth was just perfect, and exactly as we wanted it to happen. Dr Urvashi and Divya perfectly controlled the safety of this birth. It will remain an extremely good memory. And from the 3 births I gave, this one was definitely the most peaceful and less stressful. We took part of this birth with my husband, our son arrived quietly, without medicalization, totally naturally. A perfect birth.
